If there was ever any doubt that the trial of Donald Trump in New York is a politically motivated witch hunt designed to get him out of the way in 2024, New York Attorney General Letitia James just eliminated that – ADMITTING that she and Judge Arthur Engoron had already determined Trump’s fate before the trial even began!

James is a radical left-wing activist who has been desperately trying to bring down Trump ever since she got into the AG’s office and she fessed up to engaging in a scheme to try and “get” the former president for having committed “financial fraud.”

The AG claimed that Trump and his business executives have manipulated the value of his company’s assets to obtain more favorable loans from banks and is seeking $250 million in damages.

In a recently released video statement she said, “Before this trial even began, the judge ruled in our favor and found that Donald Trump did engage in years of significant financial fraud.”

She added, “We uncovered throughout this trial, we revealed the full extent of that fraud. We introduced extensive evidence and questioned more than two dozen witnesses.”

But the primary concern here is that no honest judge would EVER determine that someone is guilty BEFORE the trial even begins, however, we know full-well that Trump hating Judge Engoron is anything but honest.

This is the same judge who in the past bragged about being able to singlehandedly decide the outcome of trials if he thought that juries had made the “wrong” decision.

One of his law clerk’s campaigned alongside James at a Democrat event in 2022 and if that wasn’t enough proof of bias, his own wife went on several anti-Trump rants on social media DURING the trial, vowing that Trump would end up in prison.

Lawyer David Freiheit reacted to James’ admission by calling for both her and Judge Engoron to be IMPEACHED for trampling on Trump’s due process rights.

“‘Before this trial even began, the judge ruled in our favor.’ You know what that’s called? That’s called communism. That is called an absolute judicial injustice. She should be impeached. The judge should be impeached. The entire [case] should be thrown out,” Freiheit said.

“And my goodness, anybody sitting there saying that Trump is guilty needs to have their head examined because this has been the most egregious injustice.”

“Attorney General Leticia James is corrupt as the day is long, and Judge Engoron, New York nipple Judge Engoron is as corrupt as the day is long. And they’ve just said it out loud for everyone to hear,” he added.

Donald Trump himself has been calling out the obvious bias of the AG and the Judge from the very start, and did so again recently after several expert witnesses testified in court that there was NO real evidence that Trump had committed any fraud.

Trump noted that his “very conservative” financial statements actually prove the exact OPPOSITE of what the AG’s witch hunt accuses him of.

The entire thing has been an absolute SHAM from the start, and the trial needs to be completely thrown out now if these Democrat clowns want people to show that they still believe in a fair justice system whatsoever.
