A federal appeals court that is FULL of Biden judges denied Trump immunity in political hitman Jack Smith’s J6 Case against him – AFTER leftist media admitted that the courts are the only way the Democrats can defeat Trump in 2024.

The court is comprised of three judges, 2 out of 3 of them having been appointed by Joe Biden.

“We have balanced former President Trump’s asserted interests in executive immunity against the vital public interests that favor allowing this prosecution to proceed,” the judges wrote.

“We conclude that ‘concerns of public policy, especially as illuminated by our history and the structure of our government’ compel the rejection of his claim of immunity in this case,” they added.

As Trump’s attorneys wrote, “In 234 years of American history, no president ever faced criminal prosecution for his official acts,” but the entirely corrupt court system is trying to make Donald Trump the FIRST because they know it’s the only way they stand a chance of beating him.

In fact, the Trump-hating Washington Post flat-out admitted that Dems NEED the courts to beat Trump in a recent piece complaining that the appeals court wasn’t ruling against Trump fast enough.

Titled “Slowpoke federal appeals court puts 2024 election in jeopardy,” the WAPO article claims that Trump plotted to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

“Your honors, the clock is ticking more loudly every day,” the author of the piece writes, referring to the fact that their time to rig the 2024 election by throwing Trump in jail is coming to an end.

“They are entitled to know before casting their ballots whether they are choosing a felon, especially one guilty of election interference,” the leftist write adds.

But the only felon in the 2024 election is the man that WAPO loves to defend – treasonous Joe Biden.

Prior to the court’s ruling, the outlet admitted that they needed the corrupt judges to side with the Democrats, so they did.

The Trump campaign has responded to the ruling by slamming it as a “threat to the bedrock of our republic.”

His campaign rightfully pointed out that if the final decision results in him NOT being granted immunity, then “every future President who leaves office will be immediately indicted by the opposing party.”

“Without complete immunity, a President of the United States would not be able to properly function!”

But the fact of the matter is the Democrats have no desire or intention to preserve the republic.

They’re more interested with preserving the grasp on POWER and if that means that they will have to destroy the America we know – so be it, as long as they get their way.

Trump faces four concurrent criminal persecutions as leftists desperately scheme to keep him out of office and it’s looking like the Supreme Court – which has made some questionable rulings lately – will hold his fate in their hands.
