Given the illegitimate Biden regime’s recent foreign policy disasters, it’s hard to say whether we will be at war with China before the end of this year. That’s no exaggeration. While the headlines this week are consumed with terrified Afghans plummeting to their deaths from C-17s fleeing Kabul, China is paying attention and making new threats. And following yet another blunder from the geniuses in Washington, DC, China immediately launched warships and planes to surround the disputed island of Taiwan for a life-fire exercise. Why? Because Joe Biden may have secretly stationed tens of thousands of American troops in Taiwan.
Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) sent out this bizarre tweet on Tuesday morning:
“US troops today in: South Korea – 28,000; Germany – 35,486; Japan – 50,000; Taiwan – 30,000; Africa – 7,000; Afghanistan (month or 2 ago) – 2,500.”
It’s likely that Cornyn was trying to “own the libs” or more specifically Biden with this tweet. Perhaps he was suggesting that if we have so many troops in other locations for stability or security, why did we only have 2,500 in Afghanistan this summer?
Cornyn hasn’t really explained his reason for the tweet and it’s still up on his official Twitter account right now. China was paying attention to Cornyn’s Twitter feed, however, because he sits on the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
The Chinese People’s Liberation Army immediately dispatched warships, ASW aircraft and fighter jets and starting blasting ordinance within earshot of the southwest and southeast ends of Taiwan.
Why is China reacting so aggressively to a tweet from a US Senator?
Part of it has to do with the date. Cornyn sent the tweet on the anniversary of the signing of the US-PRC Joint Communique: August 17, 1982. That’s a special date for the Chinese communists. After contentious meetings over US arms sales to Taiwan, the Reagan administration conceded that Taiwan is part of China in the Communique.
The Chinese are wondering two things in their state-run news media today: A) Is the US deliberately provoking China with this announcement of 30,000 soldiers secretly stationed in Taiwan; or B) Is Sen. John Cornyn a “senile dotard” like Joe Biden? Either way, the Chinese are mad as hell about it.
There aren’t supposed to be any American troops in Taiwan. That’s been the case since 1979, when the US and China first normalized relations with each other. If Joe Biden has secreted 30,000 American soldiers into Taiwan, it’s a violation of the Sino-US agreement.
Which would mean that Joe Biden has violated international law, its treaty with China, and domestic US law. It also gives China a legitimate reason to invade Taiwan and reclaim it after all these years, which has been a long-standing ambition of the CCP. Control of Taiwan would give the Chinese control the Taiwan Strait – the major international shipping lane that runs between Taiwan and the mainland.
It will also give China control of Taiwan’s manufacturing sector, which should terrify every American. A tremendous amount of the advanced chips in our computers, cars and other products have “Made in Taiwan” stamped on them. Giving China a legitimate reason to seize Taiwan would be catastrophic to our economy. Not to mention the fact that China would likely hand us a crippling military defeat, back-to-back with Biden’s humiliating withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Chinese military expert Song Zhongping told the Global Times (a Chinese-run international newspaper):
“If the US really secretly stations 30,000 soldiers in China’s Taiwan island, the US as an external force is interfering with China’s internal affairs which violates China’s Anti-Secession Law. This would touch off a military conflict between the two countries.”
This isn’t just one possibility out of many. It’s a certainty. If Joe Biden has stationed troops in Taiwan and doesn’t pull them out immediately, it means war with China. And the world will view America as the villains in that conflict. We will have invaded what China views as their territory.
Are there really American soldiers in Taiwan right now? China certainly believes they are. That’s why they’re blasting live rounds from warships off the coast of Taiwan right now. The CCP is demanding the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of all US troops from Taiwan. They’re also demanding an official apology from the US government for the invasion.
Remember when Donald Trump once said we’d get tired of all the “winning” if he was in office? Americans should be getting tired of all the losing our country is doing these days under Joe Biden’s regime.
