Republican Voter Tries to Vote Only To Find A Fraudulent Ballot Was Already Cast In His Name and There’s NOTHING He Can Do About It

Close up of multiple I Voted stickers on blue shirt - Concept of US election voter fraud by placing multiple voting stickers.

A 55-year-old New York resident tried to cast his vote, only to find that someone had already done so using his name – and there was no way to undo it.

The voter’s name is Mike Miner and when he attempted to cast his vote in Dutchess County, New York poll workers told him that he was unable to do so because records showed that his name was already used to vote.

I’m sorry sir, but you already voted,” a Wappingers Falls election worker told him.

Miner was completely shocked because not only had he not voted, but he was being told that his name had already been used just 22 minutes after early voting began.

I went up to the table and was told I already voted,” Miner said. “I ask, ‘Where did I vote?’ Because, of course, this is very surprising to me. And they told me I voted in the town of Fishkill [which is located next to Wappingers].”

A bipartisan team working for the Dutchess County Board of Elections investigated the situation and determined that the signature provided with the first ballot did not match Miner’s actual signature – confirming it was a fraud.

But here’s where things get even crazier!

Miner was given an affidavit ballot, which is a provisional ballot that is secured inside an affidavit envelope and told that this vote would count. However, the original vote – verified to be fraudulent WILL ALSO COUNT!

According to election officials, once a ballot is cast the vote becomes anonymous, making it impossible to identify the fraudulent vote in order to remove it from the pool of votes.

In other words there is NO WAY for them to stop this fraud even though they were able to confirm that someone else used Miner’s identity to vote just MINUTES after early voting opened…

This election is so important to me, and for somebody to vote in my name — I feel so violated,” Miner said.

Erik Haight, the Republican election commissioner on the Dutchess County Board of Elections, said “We want to assure the public that our elections are secure, that it’s possible this was an honest mistake — but if not we are going to investigate it — and that we encourage everyone who is eligible to vote to vote and know their vote will count,” Haight said.

But Miner is furious, and he has every right to feel that way.

He says it’s completely “ridiculous” that a supposedly “secure” voting system doesn’t even require an ID to vote – which would have EASILY prevented the imposter from using his name to vote.

You don’t have to show ID to vote, I think it’s ridiculous — anyone can walk in, just as what happened to me, and say ‘I’m so and so’ and vote. So I don’t believe the system is safe right now,” Miner said.

He continued, “I know I’m only one vote, but I have the right to vote and my vote should count. Someone shouldn’t steal your vote and that be able to count. I don’t know the outcome of that vote — what if it was opposite of what I voted? Then it cancels my vote out.

But the issue is Miner is absolutely NOT alone.

The state of New York refuses to require voters to show ID in order to vote because the Democrats think minorities are “too stupid” to get IDs and claim that requiring them is “racist

This means that anybody could walk into a voting location and cast a ballot using anyone’s name – and election officials couldn’t possibly do a thing about it.

And New York is one of 14 states in the country who have this moronic belief that voter IDs are “racist” meaning that 14 states could be completely corrupted by fraudsters… which is exactly what the Democrats are counting on.

In 2023 a bill was introduced in New York to require voters to show ID at the polls… but the Democrats in charge of the state shut it down before it could even go to a vote, in the case of Miner, we see exactly why.
