Surprise: Another Trump Hater Accused of Being a Deviant Pervert

In what has turned out to be a repetitive pattern, yet another Trump-hating national figure has just been accused of being a deviant pervert. And for once, I’m not talking about CNN’s primetime lineup!

The accused deviant this time is Fox News contributor and foaming-at-the-mouth Trump-hater Judge Andrew Napolitano. I’ve always had my suspicions about Napolitano. He’s never been married, and he owns a maple syrup farm in New Jersey (which features prominently in what you’re about to read).

The good news is that it looks like another Never Trumper is about to go down in flames. The bad news is that you may not want to eat pancakes for a while after learning about this.

Napolitano’s transformation into a Trump-hater was phenomenal to watch. We got to see it happen in real time. He was very much pro-Trump throughout the 2016 campaign and for the first two years of Trump’s presidency. But then he turned on Donald Trump like a dime and betrayed him in 2018.

Why? Because Donald Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh to the US Supreme Court. Trump had mentioned to Napolitano one time that he was “on the list” when potential judges were being vetted for the open spot that year. Napolitano obviously felt entitled to the job after that, because he turned into a spiteful little mean girl once Kavanaugh was nominated.

Napolitano’s on-air legal judgment on Fox News suddenly went bat-guano crazy. He didn’t even make sense half the time. When the creepy porn lawyer (and now convicted felon) Michael Avenatti and the entire mainstream media started trotting out women with increasingly crazy conspiracy theories about Brett Kavanaugh, Napolitano was cheering them on. “The Judge” even called for the FBI to conduct an unprecedented SEVENTH background check on Brett Kavanaugh.

From that point on, Napolitano hated Donald Trump with spiteful vengeance.

I realize there’s a certain irony in all of this. Especially since I fought so hard to defend Brett Kavanaugh during those vicious Senate hearings. Kavanaugh has turned out to be the single biggest disappointment of the Trump presidency. With hindsight 20/20, I should have let the wolves eat that guy.

Anyway, here we are today, and Fox News is being sued by a young man who works for the company, for refusing to protect him from alleged creepy sexual advances from Judge Andrew Napolitano. Yikes!

The young man was hired in March 2019 as a production assistant for Lou Dobbs on the Fox Business channel. He proved himself to be a real above-and-beyond go-getter, so Dobbs quickly promoted the young man. In about September of that year, the poor guy ended up getting stuck on an elevator ride alone with Andrew Napolitano. According to the lawsuit, Napolitano allegedly started creepily stroking the young man’s arm and inviting him to come out to his maple syrup farm sometime – or to Napolitano’s Manhattan apartment, winka winka.

From the lawsuit:

“You see these hands?” Judge Napolitano asked while looking at the Plaintiff suggestively. “They look clean, but they get really dirty!”

This was the first time that the young employee had ever met Andrew Napolitano. But it wasn’t the last time that he says Napolitano creeped him out and sexually harassed him.

When the employee told his co-workers about that first encounter with Napolitano, they all started laughing. It was old news to them, because all of the young men working at Fox News had already been invited out to Andrew Napolitano’s maple syrup farm to get their hands dirty.

To his great credit, when Lou Dobbs learned about Napolitano allegedly creeping on his new rockstar assistant, Dobbs complained loudly to Fox News management. He kicked the complaint all the way upstairs to Executive Vice President Kevin Lord at Fox News. The lawsuit alleges that Fox News completely ignored Napolitano’s serial harassment of young men working in the building.

It looks like Lou Dobbs was even deposed for the lawsuit. When he personally complained to Kevin Lord, he was dismissive of Dobbs’ complaint and asked, “Well, what do you want us to do about it?”

The lawsuit also strongly hints that Sheppard Smith was another Fox News personality who was constantly sexually harassing the male help. (Although Smith is not personally named in the suit, it drops hints that one of the network’s notable gay anchors behaved similarly to Napolitano, and Fox News did nothing to stop the behavior or protect its employees.)

The young man is suing Fox News for punitive damages, actual damages, and statutory penalties under New York law, due to “Judge Napolitano’s predatory behavior.” Why am I not surprised? It’s always the same thing with these Trump haters.
