This probably won’t be a newsflash to anyone reading it, but the Democrat Party went bonkers this past week. The barking-mad, senile dictator who is always yelling at squirrels on the White House lawn made it mandatory for all federal workers to get the coronavirus vaccine – whether they want to or not.

Nancy Pelosi also fell off her rocker and imposed new masking rules in the House of Representatives. This is insane. Fortunately, there are some sane people here and there in Congress who are willing to stand up to this garbage.

Pelosi has reinstated fines for any Representative who is caught mask-less on the House floor. If you spot an unmasked Member of Congress on the House floor, you’re now supposed to report them to the House Sergeant at Arms so he can impose the penalties. But it’s even worse for staffers in the House.

Nancy Pelosi’s new rule calls for the arrest of any staff member who is caught not wearing a mask. Just to be clear, almost everyone in the House including all staff members have been vaccinated. And Pelosi is calling for those people to be arrested if they are caught while not wearing their little communist face thong. This is crazy and there’s no science at all to back it up.

Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) quickly announced that he’d pay the bail of any Republican staffers who get arrested for not wearing a mask. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) told Pelosi she’ll have to arrest him and his entire staff, because they’re not masking up. But the real heroes in this story are all of the young GOP staffers who decided defy Pelosi.

Other than a few key high-level staff positions in Congress (Chiefs of Staff, Press Secretaries and so on), most staff positions are filled by young, college-aged kids. They’re at zero risk of dying from COVID and they’ve all been vaccinated. And what’s really great about the crop of Republican staffers in Congress right now is that they’re so young that they became politically aware during the Age of Trump. They know that not fighting is a great way to lose every time, and that fighting back while having fun and mocking your opponents on the left is an awesome way to win.

The #Resistance GOP staffers all work in Rayburn House Office Building. Their bosses are Reps. Tom Cole (R-OK), Pete Sessions (R-TX), John Carter (R-TX), Morgan Griffith (R-VA), Ken Calvert (R-CA), and Elise Stefanik (R-NY).

Their plan of resistance started out the way most great plans always do. They first inflated a big yellow rubber ducky.

What?

Oh, come on! Don’t tell me your best plans don’t all involve the use of at least one giant inflatable duck! Haven’t you guys read Sun Tzu?

Anyway, the un-masked rebels then took their duck out into a narrow hallway, pushed some tables out in the hall, and proceeded to have a big old mask-less party. About a hundred of them crammed into the hallway, and the mask non-compliance rate was 100%.

A fussy tattletale who works for Rep. Don Beyer (D-VA) tried to walk down the hall and he soiled his dungarees over the blatant rule-breaking. Aaron Fritschner immediately jumped on Twitter to tattle on the young, immune to COVID crowd of Republican staffers for having fun and for disobeying Nancy Pelosi.

He squealed on Twitter, “They’re playing water pong, they have corn hole, I even smelled a cigar.”

Ye cats!

These young Republicans are my heroes. Doesn’t Aaron Fritschner know that it’s dangerous to wear a mask while smoking a cigar and bouncing around on a big inflatable duck? The GOP staffers were obviously practicing “safety first!”

In his little tattletale Twitter feed, Fritschner also complained that these GOP staffers were wasting taxpayer dollars. They’re supposed to be working and instead, they’re playing water pong and smoking cigars. Is he kidding?! This is the first use of my tax dollars that I’ve seen in 2021 that I actually approve of!

These kids are awesome. My hat goes off to them. They called Nancy Pelosi’s bluff and basically said, “Come and arrest us, Granny Winebox!” It doesn’t look like any of them got arrested, because they stood together as a united front. Their bosses in Congress could learn a thing or two from them.
