As the Democrats continue to try and use lawfare to interfere in the 2024 election even their own voters are waking up to the truth – Joe Biden is terrified of Donald Trump.

Lifelong Democrats like ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith has been the perfect example of how the lawfare is forcing leftist voters to think twice before choosing to continue supporting the gaggle of tyrants that is the modern Democratic party.

On his YouTube show, Smith slammed the Trump “hush money” trial as being one which the Democrats are obviously using to try and stop him from winning the election.

“To my liberal friends out there, all you’re doing is showing that you’re scared you can’t beat him on the issues and the merits.” Smith said.

The leftist went on to slam the Democratic party for giving Trump more ammunition to his argument that they are trying to cheat – just like they did in 2020 – to keep him out of power.

“You have given more fodder to that argument, which means we’ll never have peace in this country because tens of millions of people see what extent the other side is willing to go through just to keep him out of office because they can’t beat him on their own merits,” Smith added.

“We’ll have no peace when all you got to do is figure out a way to beat him on the issues, but you haven’t been able to do it,” Smith continued. “What a damn shame … Everything you do shows me you can’t beat him. It’s a damn shame. It really, really is. It’s embarrassing.”

Trump’s hush money trial has proven itself to be perhaps the most obviously corrupt lawfare campaign against any individual we’ve seen in American history.

The fact that even diehard Democrats like this ESPN talking head are now admitting that while pointing out how dangerous it is instead of bragging about it like left-wing media outlets normally do, suggests the liberals are deeply scared about their chances in the November election.

And what’s worse for the Democrats is the longer they carry on with this charade, the more support they seem to be losing from their own base.

Back in March Smith similarly suggested that the cases against Trump were “lawfare” but indicated that he was still leaning towards dementia-ridden Joe Biden.

Now here we are roughly a month later and his tone ALREADY seems to have changed up a bit to reflect that he – like millions of voters across America – is TIRED of the left-wing tyrants using the courts to go after Trump in the most un-American way possible.

Even some of the most anti-Trump members of the party have begun realizing what a colossal failure this lawfare campaign will soon prove to be.

Far-left Democrat Rep. Ro Khanna referred to the cases against Trump as merely a “distraction” while adding that this hush money case is the “weakest” of all the charges brought against the former president.

But one of the reasons why people have soured such on the authoritarian strategy the left has embraced is because they’ve realized that if this can happen to a billionaire former president – it can happen to ANYBODY in America.

The few holdouts who still don’t believe that’s possible in this country need look no further than former Trump attorney John Eastman, who has been harassed by the FBI, de-banked by financial institutions, and even faced disbarment in the state of California for the apparent crime of advising Trump in the 2020 election.
