The Democrat Mayor of New York City is has apparently had enough of Joe Biden’s sanctioned illegal invasion of America – saying that the border crisis has ‘destroyed’ his once great city, while Biden’s administration has done NOTHING to help solve the very problem they created!

“The city is being destroyed by the migrant crisis,” said Mayor Eric Adams very bluntly.

During an earlier press conference he also SHREDDED the Biden administration for deserting New York City when they needed the administration’s help most to deal with the influx of illegals.

“The national government has turned its back on New York City,” Adams said. “We’re here today telling the White House we have been extremely patient. We’ve allowed the coordination of all of our agencies to come together to deal with this response.”

“This is in the lap of the president of the United States.”

Mayor Adams has previously warned that the Biden administration’s efforts to get rid of Title 42, a Trump-era policy that allows the US to rapidly expel migrants who have entered the country illegally, will only make things worse.

This is surprising coming from Mayor Adams—he is a Democrat who while he tries to come off as more of a centrist, enacts far-left policies on NYC. But Adams has become so disenfranchised by the Biden administration that he is backing DONALD TRUMP POLICIES!

Adams recently was forced to extend the state of emergency in NYC via executive order due to the crisis. “The City now faces an unprecedented humanitarian crisis that requires it to take extraordinary measures,” reads the order.

While the crisis of illegals has obviously led to a rise in crime, the bigger threat to NYC is actually in the form of monetary support.

According to city Comptroller Brad Lander in an April 7 report, the city has had to ramp up its provisions for shelter by over 75% due to the influx of more than 55,000 foreigners claiming to be seeking asylum over the past year.

Meanwhile, the Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget says that the full cost of providing shelter and other services to refugees is around $1.4 billion this year, and will be $2.8 billion in 2024.

Meanwhile, between New York State and the federal government, the city has received just $8 MILLION in support.

This means that all the Democrats cheering on sanctuary cities like NYC and insisting it’s the “right thing to do” to accept illegals with open arms are not willing to help make those policies a reality.

As cities like NYC continue to be CRUSHED under the pressure of constant illegals, the American people can clearly see that sanctuary cities don’t work – and neither do open borders!
