Despite the cold snap going on across the country right now, thousands of patriotic Americans turned out in West Palm Beach, Florida on President’s Day. They had good reasons to do so. They were celebrating the real President of the United States – and that president is now 2-0 in victories over dumb impeachments carried out by the Democrat Party.

Plus, Florida wasn’t quite as chilly as all the states between Michigan and Texas, where Joe Biden has knocked the power out thanks to his insane anti-Western Civilization, anti-energy policies.

One thing that’s amazingly clear from the Florida rally is that the Republican Party is now Donald Trump’s party – and “we the people” are not going anywhere.

As I said from the beginning, the second impeachment trial of Donald Trump was even dumber than the first one. You could tell just by looking around the Senate gallery whenever one of the House impeachment “managers” was speaking. Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley were completely ignoring the Democrats and usually had their heads down, obviously getting some work done with all the free time they were being provided. Senators as ideologically different as Bernie Sanders and John Cornyn were literally falling asleep. At any given time, at least a dozen Republican Senators had wandered out of the room, because they knew they weren’t going to miss anything important.

If you’re over the age of 25, you have now lived through 75% of all the impeachment trials that have happened in US history. That’s because Democrats have now cheapened the institution of impeachment, like so many other things they’ve touched in the past dozen years. This trial was such a joke that Republican Senators decided to have some fun with it.

Sen. Cruz shared a list of actual questions that Republicans submitted to the judge – but which Sen. Patrick Leady (D-VT) decided not to ask the House impeachment managers for obvious reasons:

“Can we build the Keystone Pipeline if we put Hunter Biden on the board?”

“Where’s the short, fat guy?” (Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) and his partner-in-crime Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) were notably absent from the House impeachment team this time, having lost the first impeachment attempt against Donald Trump a year ago.)

“Have any of the House impeachment managers had sexual relations with a Chinese communist spy? Please explain.” (This one was my personal favorite, since the Democrats decided to rub the scandal of Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) in our faces by placing him on the impeachment team.)

And so America’s first comedic impeachment descended into chaos near the end. Democrats had decided that they were not going to call witnesses for the trial. Then they changed their minds and said they would allow witnesses. But when Trump’s legal team announced that they would be calling House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), the impeachment team panicked and canceled the witnesses.

It was even more chaotic than the other day, when the Democrats’ impeachment judge Senator Leahy had a “senior moment,” totally lost track of where he was and what he was doing, and then had to have an assistant read his lines to him.

(Bonus Leahy moment: The 80-year-old Leahy left his microphone on at one point over the weekend and muttered, “Waste of f**king time” out loud for the whole gallery – mimicking the thoughts of nearly every American watching the trial.)

The reason why Trump’s lawyers wanted to call Pelosi as a witness is because it’s now clear that she had advance knowledge that Antifa goons dressed in MAGA costumes were planning to break windows and cause a ruckus, in hopes of sparking exactly what we saw on January 6: A bunch of people streaming into the Capitol. The “violence” and window-breaking was all a set-up designed to cause a big display on the day of Biden’s fraudulent vote certification.

Anyway, Impeachment 2.0 was a bust and ended with the complete and total exoneration of President Trump, once again. The display in West Palm Beach on President’s Day was pretty amazing, as Trump parades and rallies always are. It had to be the coldest day of the year, and yet thousands of people turned out to wave flags and show their support for the man who won the 2020 election by a lot.

That had to be disheartening to Mitt Romney and the other 6 Republican Senators who voted to convict Trump. He’s not even in office, and Trump’s supporters still throw unplanned rallies that are better attended than any event his enemies have ever held. This movement isn’t going anywhere, folks.
