If there was any doubt about the fact that the Biden regime is working with the DOJ to persecute President Donald Trump ahead of the 2024 election, newly underacted documents just completely eliminated that doubt!

The documents, released by Judge Aileen Cannon, expose how the classified documents case against Trump is a Biden-orchestrated WITCH HUNT!

These records confirm that Biden’s White House effectively ordered the Mar-a-Lago raid and has been colluding with special counsel Jack Smith to help craft the investigation out of thin air.

In the originally redacted documents, Jack Smith and the DOJ sought to conceal the fact that the National Archives had several conversations with the Biden White House which was the Democrat president’s efforts to hatch a case to get rid of his political opponent.

Trump was still negotiating chain of custody with the National Archives when they suddenly spawned a criminal referral and it would appear the Biden White House is the reason for the archive’s sudden change of heart.

In May 2021, just months after Trump left office, NARA General Counsel Gary Stern admitted to National Archivist David Ferriero that “things were very chaotic, as they always are in the course of a one-term transition” and that the “transfer of the Trump electronic records is still ongoing and won’t be completed for several more months.”

However just one month later, in June 2021, Ferriero told Trump’s team that he was “out of patience.”

The documents go on to show that in September 2021 the Biden DOJ was working with the “out of patience” Ferriero to craft a criminal referral.

This referral was fueled by Ferriero’s claim that 24 boxes of records had supposedly been “destroyed” – even though that never happened.

Journalist Julie Kelly pointed out that “The Biden White House and DOJ were [sic] intimately involved in developing a criminal case against Trump for records mismanagement–it appears the first go-around related to alleged “destruction” of government papers.”

It seems that the Biden DOJ was fully aware of how wrong this was, and they even went out of their way to tell the National Archives “how to cover its tracks” to avoid being caught in the middle of a major scandal.

National Archives General Counsel Stern was put in touch with high-ranking DOJ officials who instructed him on the best way to get away with their shady little partnership.

Ultimately, these documents confirm that the entire Jack Smith’s entire classified documents case against Trump is exactly what we thought it was all along – a disturbing attempt by Joe Biden and his camp to throw Donald Trump behind bars for a crime he didn’t commit to RIG the 2024 election.

The bad news for the Democrats, however, is that it’s not even working! Recent polling has shown that the majority of Americans are now fully aware of what’s going on here. The continued lawfare against Trump is actually turning people AGAINST Joe Biden while exposing how truly authoritarian the leftist leader is.

Biden hoped he could derail Trump’s 2024 presidential run, but he may have actually just derailed his own!
