Most of us on the political right are able to admit that Donald Trump’s biggest weakness during his first term was personnel. His team was terrible at finding good people. Just look at how many of them stabbed him in the back and foiled his policies when no one was looking, and then later bragged about how they had disobeyed a sitting president.

Trump’s not making that mistake again. There won’t be any Mick Mulvaneys or Bill Barrs in a second Trump term. Trump’s team is assembling a massive army of tens of thousands of loyalists who will be ready to go to work on day one of the new administration.

President Trump won’t be keeping any Obama/Biden holdovers in key positions this time. Lesson learned. One of the earliest stumbles of Trump’s first term was that he didn’t have tons of people lined up and ready to go to work on day one. The Obama team operating the Joe Biden puppet didn’t have that problem. They had a big stack of executive orders already written for the dementia puppet to scribble his mark on.

Even a lot of conventional Republicans who Trump appointed stabbed the MAGA movement in the back last time around. But starting in 2025, Trump is expected to have an army of 54,000 qualified and die-hard MAGA loyalists ready to help him centralize and consolidate his power over the executive branch and its swampy agencies.

Trump’s team has been screening ready-to-serve loyalists with the help of an artificial intelligence tool from Oracle. The AI is crawling over the social media accounts of the potential appointees to make sure they’re the real deal. It’s studying their backgrounds and making sure they won’t turn out to be another weak-willed establishment freak who won’t do their job because Trump’s policies offend their delicate sensibilities.

Remember when Donald Trump order all US troops to be pulled out of Syria? And then the Pentagon just ignored the memo and left them there, in direct defiance of the Commander in Chief. That garbage won’t be happening in a second Trump term.

These 54,000 loyalists are not going to be appointed to jobs that require Senate approval. They’ll be slotted into jobs that include legal, judicial, defense, regulatory and domestic policy. Picture Steve Bannon with a cigar in his mouth and a lit stick of dynamite in his hand, reporting for duty at the Department of Agriculture, and you get the idea.

Trump knows that his life and his freedom, and that of his children, depends on him not only winning the 2024 election, but also making massive structural changes to The Swamp. Anyone viewed as being potentially hostile to “Agenda 47” is getting purged from Trump’s team.

If this all sounds far-fetched, you should know that the effort has been under way for three years now. The Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 is helping to finance the vetting effort. About 80 other pro-Trump groups are backing Project 2025. This is largest vetting and recruitment effort ever assembled for a political party that is out of power.

Turning Point USA, which is run by Charlie Kirk, is involved in the effort. Trump’s former budget director Ross Vought, who runs an organization called the Center for Renewing America, is involved.

The effort is also identifying roughly 50,000 federal workers that will be fired on the very first day and replaced with Trump loyalists. Johnny McEntee and Stephen Miller, two true believers in the MAGA movement and two of Trump’s staunchest supporters inside his first administration, are helping with Project 2025 as well.

The mainstream media knows about all of this. That’s why there are so many reports right now stating that Trump plans to “politicize the Justice Department” and “arrest his political opponents” if he’s re-elected. It’s almost comical that they’ll say that and then turn around and praise the FBI for tackling some grandma in her garden because she walked into the Capitol on January 6th.

Of course Trump is going to arrest his political opponents. Unlike Donald Trump, they’ve actually broken many laws. Many have committed treason against the United States by participating in stealing the 2020 election. The Democrats are already arresting our side. They shouldn’t be surprised when we re-elect Donald Trump next year and then we break out the handcuffs.
