Joe Biden’s personal attack dog, Jack Smith, admitted that key evidence in the classified documents case has been tampered with to try and frame Trump.

Special Counsel Jack Smith confessed that the trump-hating FBI had messed with the boxes of “classified documents” they seized from Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago estate.

“Since the boxes were seized and stored, appropriate personnel have had access to the boxes for several reasons, including to comply with orders issued by this Court in the civil proceedings noted above, for investigative purposes, and to facilitate the defendants’ review of the boxes,” Smith’s team wrote in a court filing.

However, his team adds, “There are some boxes where the order of items within that box is not the same as in the associated scans.”

Jack Smith and co. reveal that the FBI opened up the boxes and tampered with the evidence, either to extract critical documents to they wanted to keep secret or plant evidence that would help the DOJ “get” Trump.

Moreover, Smith’s team was forced to admit that they LIED TO THE COURT about this, saying that they had previously stated that the evidence had remained untouched since being seized – even though they knew the FBI’s hands were all over it.

“The Government acknowledges that this is inconsistent with what Government counsel previously understood and represented to the Court,” a footnote in the court filing reads.

Even while admitting that the FBI was tampering with evidence in the case, Smith and his corrupt team of prosecutors tried to downplay the severity of what this meant by saying that the documents were could have just been rearranged or even just shifted around on their own in transit…right…

“There are several possible explanations, including the above-described instances in which the boxes were accessed, as well as the size and shape of certain items in the boxes possibly leading to movement of items,” the prosecutors wrote. “For example, the boxes contain items smaller than standard paper such as index cards, books, and stationary, which shift easily when the boxes are carried, especially because many of the boxes are not full.”

Legal experts have warned this could – and SHOULD – be the END of Smith’s persecution against Trump.

Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz said, “Prosecutors and investigators should never tamper with or alter evidence in their possession, including the order of documents in a box because one never knows what may become relevant or crucial to a court or jury later in a case.”

Trump Defense attorney Tim Parlatore, meanwhile, suggested that the FBI could have destroyed “exculpatory evidence” which would have proven Trump’s innocence.

It’s not enough for Joe Biden and his allies in the DOJ/FBI to wage all-out lawfare against Donald Trump, apparently they’re also trying to tamper with the evidence to FRAME Trump for crimes he did not commit.

If this admission doesn’t get this sham prosecution thrown out immediately – then there’s absolutely ZERO hope for our justice system.
