Two big stories broke this past week that illustrate just how far the justice system in America has fallen. The Supreme Court announced that it just absolutely cannot figure out who leaked the draft Roe v. Wade decision, and FOIA requests prove that former Attorney General Bill Barr never launched a single investigation into any of the provable fraud that happened in the 2020 election. These are just two more miracles in a long string of miracles that only run in one direction: The Democrat Party is never caught, convicted or punished, no matter how vile their crimes are.

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts issued the final report on the Roe leak this week. It’s just too tough. The mystery is too deep. They can’t figure it out, despite everyone knowing it was an immigrant clerk on Sonia Sotomayor’s staff the day after the leak happened. Who could it be?!

Let’s approach this like a little Agatha Christie parlor mystery, which is what it is. You have a locked building – the Supreme Court. You have X number of people in that building. One of them leaked the document. We can immediately rule out all of the conservative clerks working for the conservative Justices on the court. That leaves the clerks of four liberal Justices, and those four Justices themselves.

Say what you will about the liberal Justices, but they take the secrecy of SCOTUS draft decisions seriously too. We can safely rule out those four individuals.

Let’s see… do we have any clues as to who may have leaked the opinion? Well, as Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said at the time, “If I were to guess, the most likely justice for whom the law clerk is clerking is Sonia Sotomayor because she’s the most partisan of the justices.”

There’s also the clue that everyone in Washington, DC was pointing their fingers at one specific, wildly partisan immigrant clerk who works for Sotomayor. And they were naming him by name the day after the leak happened.

We’re stumped! So is the Department of Justice. This is just going to have to remain one of those unsolved mysteries, like what happened to DB Cooper or why did someone make a sequel to that Avatar movie.

Then, surprise of all surprises, no US Attorney’s office in any battleground state in the US has any documentation showing that Bill Barr ever asked for any investigation of 2020 election fraud. Barr stated in December of 2020 that he had seen “no evidence” of voter fraud, and certainly none that could have impacted the outcome of Joe Biden getting (LOL) 81 million votes.

The Center for Renewing America sent FOIA requests to a dozen US attorneys in all the battleground states where massive fraud has since been proven definitively. The FOIA requests were for all documents showing the intrepid Bill Barr asked prosecutors to look into 2020 election fraud. Barr had publicly sent out a memo on November 9, 2020, asking for investigations, but this was just a smokescreen. We know it was a smokescreen because the US Attorneys sent back zero documents to those FOIA requests.

11 of the 12 US Attorney offices responded to the FOIA requests that they had carried out no investigations as a result of Bill Barr’s supposed request. The 12th office that has yet to respond is in the eastern district of Pennsylvania. That was the office where the US Attorney put in a specific request to investigate voter fraud claims in his state, and Bill Barr turned the request down.

A Twitter user named FOIA Fan also put in FOIA requests to US Attorney offices asking for details on all investigations into 2020 election fraud. Anyone can put in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request of federal agencies. You could do it if you’re bored. Federal agencies are required to respond to FOIA requests. Every request that FOIA Fan sent out came back negative. No US Attorney’s office in America conducted any official investigation of vote fraud in 2020.

None of this should surprise us by now. January 6 protesters get to rot in the gulag for years on misdemeanor charges and without a trial. But when a Democrat commits a crime against the Supreme Court, or the Democrat Party steals a national election, there’s not even an investigation.
