Biden Fights Canada for Immunity Over CIA MK-ULTRA Mind Control Experiments

Families who say their loved ones had their memories erased in a CIA mind control experiment decades ago are trying to bring a class action lawsuit against the US government. The Joe Biden regime is fighting the lawsuit in a court in Montreal, claiming that the USA has absolute immunity in Canada over the CIA’s MK-ULTRA program.

If you’ve ever wondered if MK-ULTRA was actually real, it sure looks like it. Joe Biden’s lawyers are telling other countries they can’t sue us for the program.

The lawsuit says that the Canadian government funded psychiatric experiments carried out by Dr. Ewen Cameron at the Allan Memorial Institute – a mental hospital in Montreal – in the 1950s and ‘60s. Dr. Cameron was actually working with the CIA on the covert MK-ULTRA mind control program.

The lead plaintiff in the case is a woman named Julie Tanney. Her father was sent to the Allan Institute in 1957 to receive treatment for facial pain. Dr. Cameron put Tanney’s father into two separate 30-day periods of chemically induced sleep, with a tape recorder under his pillow. His medical records note at the end of the second period of induced sleep, “This is as far as we can take him.”

His mind was destroyed by the weird experiments conducted on him.

“Where they wanted him to go, I don’t exactly know, but I do know when visiting him, he was like a child, in diapers, giggling like a three-year-old,” says Tanney. “It was a waste of a life for my father, terrible for my mother and a giant loss and a void for the kids.”

Her father didn’t recognize his own children. It was completely traumatizing to her family, and about 300 other families who were impacted by the CIA experiments on Canadian soil. The Canadian and US governments don’t deny any of this. They just don’t want to pay the victims’ families for what the CIA did to them.

Last August, Joe Biden’s Justice Department lawyers argued before the Quebec Superior Court that the US should have absolute immunity for the experiments it conducted on Canadian soil between 1948 and 1964, under Canadian law. They won that argument, but now the victims’ families are appealing the decision. The plaintiff’s lawyers are arguing that Canadian citizens can sue the US government, even retroactively, under a 1982 law. The court has yet to issue a ruling.

The existence of the MK-ULTRA program was first revealed in 1974 by New York Times reporter Seymour Hersh. Yes, that Seymour Hersh – the one who just blew the whistle on Joe Biden’s terrorist attack on the Nord Stream Pipeline in Europe. Hersch uncovered the fact that the CIA was carrying out these mind control experiments on people without their knowledge or consent. The CIA then destroyed most of its records of the program, right as congressional hearings on the agency’s illegal activities were beginning in 1975.

Hersh reported that the CIA was using LSD and other drugs, along with electroshock therapy, sleep deprivation, and a variety of other tactics to try to control people’s minds. Netflix did a miniseries called “Wormwood” a few years ago that is a good entry into the subject, if you’re interested.

The question we should all be asking is that if the CIA was doing this up until the 1970s, what else are they doing to manipulate people’s minds – either on an individual scale or a mass scale?

Starting in 2020, millions upon millions of Americans put on masks to try to protect against a respiratory virus – a tactic that didn’t even make any sense. Millions shut down their small businesses because the government said so. 260 million Americans injected an experimental substance into their bodies because the government told them to. I would have lost every single one of those questions on a quiz. And why do mass shootings seem to happen every other week when there is a Democrat in the White House?

At any rate, you have to feel sorry for the Canadian families who had their loved ones’ minds destroyed by these ghoulish experiments, which the Biden regime admits were real. The CIA did very real bodily harm and mental harm to people without their knowledge or consent. And now they claim that the families can’t sue the US government, because it has “absolute immunity.” Who do they think they are? Pfizer?
