ICE’s Low Deportation Numbers Spur Trump to Reinstitute President Clinton’s Immigration Act from 1996

President Trump’s mass deportation mission has turned out to be a dismal failure in its first month. What was supposed to be the “largest deportation effort in history” hasn’t even reached 10% of what the Eisenhower administration achieved back in the 1950s. Sad, but true.

Fortunately, President Trump has other weapons at his disposal that we hope will far surpass the meager accomplishments of ICE. The president signed an executive order this week that bans illegal aliens from accessing any federally funded benefits. Now that is going to sting and ramp up the rate of self-deportation.

Believe it or not, it’s already against the law for illegal aliens to access federal benefits. We’ve just been so browbeaten into thinking otherwise that many Americans don’t realize it.

Back in 1996, Congress passed the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA). It was signed into law by Bill Clinton, back before the Democrat Party started caring more about illiterate foreigners than they do about Americans.

Under PRWORA, it’s illegal for an illegal alien to access most forms of federal assistance. The Bush, Obama, and Biden administrations have all undermined the law to the point where it was almost meaningless.

With the signing of this new executive order, President Trump says that the law is going to be enforced. America’s real president says that the unelected Biden regime “repeatedly undercut the goals of that law, resulting in the improper expenditure of significant taxpayer resources.”

Trump’s executive order is brilliant because it does not just affect cash benefits or payments to illegal aliens. He’s directed every Executive branch agency to “identify all federally funded programs administered by the agency that currently permit illegal aliens to obtain any cash or non-cash public benefit.”

Non-cash public benefits are what’s going to hurt illegal aliens the most. For one thing, it means it is against the law for illegal aliens to register their kids in public schools. This is one of the biggest drains on American taxpayer money caused by illegal aliens, second only to the “free” healthcare they receive.

American schools are massively overcrowded right now because of Joe Biden’s invasion. School districts in big cities need to hire translators for as many as 140 languages to accommodate all the illegal alien students. The top five languages spoken in the Seattle Public Schools are Spanish, Somali, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Amharic—a dialect spoken in Ethiopia and Eritrea. All of this takes resources and educational time away from American kids and makes the quality of their education that much poorer.

Ironically, James O’Keefe’s OMG Media just caught a Department of Education official in one of its undercover sting operations this week. Travis Combs, a Branch Chief at the Department of Education, admitted on camera that federal education officials knowingly deceive Congress and the president by allowing illegal aliens to enroll in education programs (video below).

California Governor Gavin Newsom announced this month that he plans to spend $9 billion providing “free” healthcare to every illegal alien this year. Too bad for Governor Hair-Gel President Trump’s executive order just chopped that number in half. The state-level Medicare program, known as Medi-Cal, receives 50% of its funding from the federal government and it just became illegal for Newsom to spend it on illegals.

The goal is to make it as painful as possible for illegal aliens to remain in the US. The Biden regime did everything it could to make America an alluring and pleasant place for these foreign criminals. Trump is going to take away every reason they had for staying. Access to federally funded healthcare and education is hopefully just the beginning.

There are still many additional tools that President Trump could take out of his toolbox. It might require help from Congress, but passing a 100% tax on remittances—the payments that illegal aliens drain out of the US economy by sending cash back to their home countries—is one option.

Many other countries ban illegal aliens from accessing banking services without proof of citizenship (which is why people don’t try to illegally sneak into those countries).

So, while the ICE deportation efforts are clearly a huge failure, there’s still hope for America. If President Trump makes it painful enough for illegal aliens, they’ll just go home on their own. One way or another, mass deportation is the only way to save America from permanent demographic destruction and civil war.

Here’s that official admitting that the Department of Education willingly violates the law by letting illegal aliens enroll in education programs:
