Hundreds of protesters showed up outside the federal courthouse in Salt Lake City, Utah, on Tuesday. They were there to show support for a local doctor and former US Navy flight surgeon who now faces 35 years behind bars. If he gets the maximum sentence, 58-year-old Dr. Kirk Moore will likely die in federal prison. Kidnapping carries a 20-year federal prison sentence, so what exactly did Dr. Moore do? He allegedly protected parents and children from Joe Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandates.
One of the first questions that comes to mind when people hear this story is: How did this happen in Utah, of all places?
Utah is a deep red state that went out of its way to try to counteract Biden’s illegal COVID jab mandates. The legislature passed a law that bans the state government and all private businesses from mandating medical treatments. They also banned vaccine passports that would have restricted the travel rights of Americans. But those laws only protected people at the state level.
Military families and federal employees were still subject to President Biden’s vaccine mandate.
The illegal mandates went into effect in September 2021. By that time, many Americans realized that the mRNA shots were not real “vaccines” and that they were toxic and poisonous. Some people dropped dead within hours of their first or second injection. Many developed myocarditis that permanently weakened their heart muscle. Diagnoses of neurological disorders exploded. Miscarriages shot through the roof.
Many parents didn’t want to inject their children with the understudied mRNA shots just because Joe Biden said so. Dr. Moore is accused of honoring the wishes of his patients.
Federal prosecutors say that this heroic doctor destroyed almost $30,000 worth of federally supplied COVID vaccine vials and then issued nearly 2,000 fraudulent vaccine cards to parents and children.
What a freakin’ HERO! We’d like to shake Dr. Moore’s hand. But of course, he’s also innocent until proven guilty.
“Kirk Moore offered his patients a choice when others wouldn’t,” says Dr. Mary Talley Bowden. “He received no compensation for his care and has paid a tremendous price for honoring his patients’ fundamental right to bodily autonomy.”
Dr. Moore is charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property; and conversion, sale, conveyance, and disposal of government property and aiding and abetting. He faces 35 years in federal prison and his case is being tried by an Acting US Attorney who usually handles anti-terrorism cases.
When the Biden regime raided Dr. Moore’s clinic in 2023, he was arrested and treated like a January 6er. He was locked in solitary confinement for 22 hours per day for more than three weeks and denied access to legal counsel. Now he’s on trial for his life because his conscience would not allow him to inject ingredients he knew were toxic into children.
The District Court judge is doing everything he can to rig the trial against Dr. Moore. The defense will not be allowed to call any vaccine-injured witnesses on Dr. Moore’s behalf. The judge is screening potential jurors privately in his chambers, where the press, prosecutors, and defense counsel are not allowed to see the conversations.
What is the judge saying to the potential jurors in his chambers? If this is not illegal “jury rigging,” then what would qualify as jury rigging? One of the potential jurors is a mentally ill tranny dude who showed up for jury selections wearing a pink dress.
Pam Bondi’s Department of Justice could put an end to this farce immediately. Just drop the charges against Dr. Moore. While he was on the campaign trail in 2024, President Donald Trump stated, “Every COVID tyrant who wants to take away our freedom, hear these words: We will not comply.”

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., stated on X, “Dr. Moore deserves a medal for his courage and commitment to healing.”
Dr. Moore’s ordeal is a symbol of the larger battle the country has gone through when it comes to medical tyranny. He adhered to the cornerstone of the Hippocratic oath, which is to first do no harm. We’ll continue covering his trial.
