How many times would you have to catch a person lying to you, before you decide that this person is just completely untrustworthy? Two times? Five times? What if a person never told the truth about anything? Eventually, you would have to admit that this person has sinister motives. That, ladies and gentlemen, is the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the modern age. The FBI has been caught lying AGAIN about the Seth Rich homicide. The FBI not only had Seth Rich’s work laptop in their possession (which they lied about), but also had a complete forensic image of Rich’s personal laptop (which they lied about).

This is critically important, because the whole question of whether Russia “meddled” in the 2016 election hinges upon what is on Seth Rich’s computers. Which the FBI said they didn’t have.

Seth Rich was gunned down in Washington, DC in the summer of 2016. Just days prior to that, the Democrat National Committee’s emails and Hillary campaign manager John Podesta’s emails were delivered to WikiLeaks on a thumb drive. How the files got to Europe and were handed over to WikiLeaks on a thumb drive is a story for another time, but the fact that they were transferred on a thumb drive tells you the messages were never “hacked.”

Rich’s murder was never solved by the DC police. The FBI, for years, told the public that it had no Seth Rich files or evidence. They claimed it was a local homicide case and the FBI had no interest in it.

Until this year, when Attorney Ty Clevenger sued the FBI for violations of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The FBI finally admitted that, oh, whoops! They actually have Seth Rich’s work laptop in their possession. So, they don’t have any Seth Rich evidence BESIDES the laptop. Which they won’t let Clevenger see.

Last week, the FBI sheepishly admitted that it has additional evidence from the Seth Rich case in its possession. It has a three-page forensic report detailing everything on Seth Rich’s personal laptop, and FBI chain-of-custody documents related to that report.

In layman’s terms, the FBI has all of the data from Seth Rich’s personal laptop, and it has his work laptop in its possession. Two full laptops of information, which would shed light on the “Russian hacking” that the FBI insists took place in 2016. If Russia hacked the DNC’s emails, the proof would be on one or both of those two pieces of evidence.

So, the FBI admits that it has these key pieces of evidence, but now refuses to turn them over in violation of the Freedom of Information Act. It claims that the physical laptop that they have in their possession is “evidence” and is therefore not a “document.” And they don’t want to turn over the forensic report on the other laptop, because it might harm the investigation into the Russian hack of the DNC.

Wait, what?

It’s been six years since this all happened. Robert Mueller spent tens of millions of dollars on his Russia-Russia-Russia witch hunt. Mueller accepted the claims that Russia hacked the DNC at face value while never offering any proof that it would happen. The DNC would not even allow the FBI to examine the computers in its office, and instead opted to have a company in Ukraine called CrowdStrike investigate it. A whistleblower from CrowdStrike admitted that they couldn’t find any evidence that the DNC computers had been hacked.

The FBI has possession of one of Seth Rich’s laptops and a forensic image of the other. They can tell from that evidence whether Rich’s work laptop was hacked by the Russians, or whether the files were offloaded on a thumb drive. And they won’t let anyone see the evidence? What does that tell you?

If Russia hacked the DNC, this is the one piece of evidence that could conclusively prove to the world that it happened. It would have provided the entire justification for the Mueller witch hunt. The proof that Russia interfered in the 2016 would be on those computers. Or… the proof that Russia was not involved in the DNC hack and did not interfere in the 2016 election is on those computers. Which means that the allegations that Seth Rich leaked the files to WikiLeaks could be true. Which means there is a lot more to Seth Rich’s murder than we’re being told.
