Colorado Election Officials Got Hand-Counting of Ballots Banned

Colorado election officials have successfully lobbied the state legislature for the passage of a new law that bans the hand-counting of ballots. It is now illegal for any county clerk in Colorado to try to engage in one of the few actions that could actually restore some trust in our elections.

This comes on the heels of the State of Colorado’s vicious persecution of the one courageous clerk there who blew the whistle on the fact that the 2020 election was stolen by the Democrats. So now questioning election results in Colorado is a crime, and hand-counting any ballots is a crime.

The new law that’s gone into effect in Colorado is SB22-153. Naturally, it’s called the “Election Security Act” because it does anything but secure the state’s elections. Far from it.

The law was specifically written in response to the patriotic former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters. She was the clerk who blew the whistle after she said she saw the Dominion Voting Systems machines in her county changing the votes of Coloradans.

She ran into a brick wall of obfuscation and lies from the Democrats when making these claims. Frustrated that no one would listen to her or take her claims about the machines seriously, Peters allegedly allowed a data forensics expert to make a copy of the hard drives on some of the machines, and then she attended Mike Lindell’s cybersecurity conference to talk about what she saw during the theft of the 2020 election.

For her integrity and honesty, Peters and her assistant Belinda Knisley were both savagely attacked and prosecuted by Colorado’s Democrat Party machine. Both were arrested. Peters was charged with seven felonies and three misdemeanors. Knisley was charged with six counts, including “attempt to influence a public servant, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, violation of duty and failure to comply with the requirements of the secretary of state.”

Peters went to one of Knisley’s court appearances and recorded it on her iPad, in order to show the world how both she and her assistant were being railroaded by the courts. The cops showed up with a warrant to seize her iPad at a café, and handcuffed her, claiming that she was obstructing an investigation. For that incident, she was convicted and sentenced to four months of home confinement, and 120 hours of community service, and was forced to wear an ankle monitor.

Tina’s trial on the more serious charges won’t take place until this October. Is there anything that provides more proof that the 2020 election was stolen than the actions of those accused of stealing it?

Innocent people who are telling the truth have nothing to fear if Tina Peters is simply a “conspiracy theorist” or an “election denier.” They never want anyone looking at the data or the machines, because they are guilty of treason.

At the National Association of State Election Directors (NASED) conference this year, Colorado elections officials bragged about banning the hand-counting of ballots in their state. Colorado elections director Judd Choate told the conference attendees that banning hand-counting of ballots was the single most essential part of the legislation.

Choate said the Colorado County Clerks Association had begged the legislature to pass the bill, because they didn’t want to be “badgered” by people he called “the election denial world.”

Under the new law, any county with more than 1,000 registered voters—which is almost every county in Colorado—is required by law to tabulate all ballots on a Dominion machine. Then, when the public demands that these corrupt election officials verify the results with a hand count, those officials have legal cover to claim that they cannot comply with the request, because of the “Election Security Act.”

At this same conference, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was literally hailed by Democrat secretaries of state as having “saved democracy” in 2020. Can you believe these people?

Welcome to the upside-down world. Brad Raffensperger “saved democracy” by not doing his job and by certifying provably false and fraudulent results in Georgia. Banning the hand-counting of ballots so that Colorado clerks can only use the unreliable and unsecure voting machines is “election security.” And Jeffrey Epstein didn’t kill himself.
