Colorado’s Supreme Court is engaged in one of the most disturbing attempts to rig an election, ruling that Donald Trump is DISQUALIFIED from appearing on the 2024 ballot in the state.

The Court consists of 7 justices – ALL APPOINTED BY DEMOCRATS – and though 3 of them dissented from the majority, 4 of the left-wing activist judges decided that Trump, despite having been convicted of ZERO CRIMES, is too “dangerous” to have on the ballot.

Democrats have been trying to do this all over the country, with groups like Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics (CREW) – funded by none other than GEORGE SOROS – deploying lawsuits in more than 25 states aiming to keep Trump’s name off the ballot citing the 14^th Amendment.

That Amendment states that public officials who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the US may be disqualified from public office but notably, this Amendment does NOT apply to presidential candidates.

They argue that the fed-surrection that took place on January 6 is proof that Donald Trump is a “threat to the nation,” part of long strategy to rig our elections without having to use any of their usual tactics typically reserved for election day.

Of course, the argument in its entirety is completely INSANE, but on top of that, Trump has not been charged with anything related to J6.

Still, leftists like those on Colorado’s Supreme Court couldn’t care less about the facts – they’re determined to get rid of Trump.

The majority of the other states have thrown out the lawsuits after pointing out how ridiculous it is that Democrats are actually trying to pull this stunt, but we had to know there would be at least one group of radicals who seized on the opportunity to try and help the Democrats rig the 2024 election.

Trump’s campaign has weighed in on this ruling by bashing the activist court along with the Soros-backed group who brought the suit in the first place.

Campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said, “Unsurprisingly, the all-Democrat-appointed Colorado Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump, supporting a Soros-funded, left-wing group’s scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump’s name from the ballot and eliminating the rights of Colorado voters to vote for the candidate of their choice.”

Before getting too upset about this though, take a minute to read through the ruling released by the Colorado Supreme Court. On page 9 of the ruling, the court issued a stay against its own ruling. To maintain the status quo pending any potential decision by the US Supreme Court, the Colorado Supreme Court issued a temporary stay against its ruling until January 4, 2024.

Here’s what the ruling says on page 9:

“If review is sought in the Supreme Court before the stay expires on January 4, 2024, then the stay shall remain in place, and the Secretary will continue to be required to include President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot, until the receipt of any order or mandate from the Supreme Court.”

The second that this ruling came down, President Trump and his attorneys announced that they are appealing it to the US Supreme Court. That keeps the Colorado Supreme Court’s stay in place indefinitely. By the time the Supreme Court even gets around to putting this case on its docket, Colorado’s primary election will be over. Trump will be on the ballot, and he’s going to win in Colorado.

If SCOTUS for some reason fails to correct this Colorado ruling then it could quite literally be the end of America as we know it.

The ruling would set a dangerous precedent, allowing the Democrats to remove Trump from the ballot in many other states – ultimately taking the ability to vote for their desired candidate away from MILLIONS of Americans.

If this happens then the Democrats have won – America will have been transformed into a Marxist Authoritarian led nation, and at that point, there’s just no turning back.

This is truly the final stand for America.
