A series of incredibly damning emails has just been released and they CONFIRM that the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) went out of its way to HELP the Democratic party jail innocent allies of President Donald Trump.
The emails, released by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA), are from 2022 and they show that the FBI attempted to crush a key member of Trump’s first administration because he refused to bend the knee to the tyrants on the January 6 committee.
This individual was Peter Navarro, who was Trump’s trade advisor during his first term and is now a senior advisor on trade in his current administration.
In a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel written at the end of April, Grassley explains the emails.
“My office has obtained Biden administration emails regarding the investigation and later prosecution of Peter Navarro,” Grassley wrote. “These communications provide a behind-the-scenes snapshot of some of the actions taken by the FBI’s Washington Field Office (WFO) to investigate Navarro for contempt of Congress and obstruction.”
Navarro, who has been known to be one of Trump’s most fervent supporters, was targeted by the garbage J6 committee to make a political statement.
The committee gave Navarro a subpoena to appear in front of them to present testimony and documents about what happened on J6 – the “insurrection day.”
The committee, however, was formed illegally was because when then House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) formed the committee, she refused to allow the Republicans that Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) picked for the committee, an unprecedented violation of House rules and norms. This committee also REFUSED to follow House rules regarding evidence and witness depositions. Basically they made up the rules as they went to benefit them and the entire thing was a sham.
Navarro, like many members of the Trump admin, DID NOT appear before the committee despite the subpoenas, citing the illegal formation of the J6 committee and lack of any serious legal authority to issue subpoenas.
As a result, the J6 committee asked the DOJ to pursue contempt charges against the Trump administration members who refused.
Navarro was their first target, and the emails Grassley released show the FBI planning Navarro’s indictment.
It began with FBI Special Agent Walter B. Giardina sending an email to seven other agents saying the DOJ would not prosecute former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows or White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications Dan Scavino who also rejected the subpoenas.
However, the emails show that they said they wanted “to charge Navarro in the next two weeks.”
This FBI Special Agent then lays out a “to-do-list” of things that they needed to accomplish prior to getting him. This meant, finding Navarro, obtaining his phone records, advising Apple to preserve evidence, preparing a search warrant for his phone and iCloud account, interviewing him, and serving the warrant for his phone.
Roughly 18 hours later, Giardina announced to the same email chain that the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., had picked a date for indicting Navarro. June 2nd.
A mere 33 minutes later, FBI Agent Blaire Toleman forwarded the memo to Tim Thibault, assistant special agent in charge at the FBI Washington Field Office. He responded, “Wow. Great.”
Thibault said later, “NAVARRO is not represented by counsel. The [U.S. Attorney’s Office] currently plans to indict NAVARRO on June 2, 2022, and CR-15 will execute his arrest on either June 3 or June 7, 2022. Media attention is anticipated.”
And they certainly made sure the media was ready to run with the story.
FBI Public Affairs Officer Samantha Shero sent out an email on June 1, explaining the DOJ plan to arrest Navarro that Friday and then notify the media.
Shero wrote that the United States Attorney’s Office of Washington, D.C., “will send the unsealed indictment and notice of his initial appearance to reporters. Sending that information out once he is arrested will hopefully keep media from waiting for him to show up out front. Following his IA, USAO will issue a press release.”
Ultimately, Navarro was arrested at Reagan International Airport and sentenced to four months in prison, and the FBI had successfully aided the Democrats in a revenge plot against one of their chief political foes.
During that same time, as Grassley points out, “violent crime rose 4.5%” but the “D.C. U.S. Attorney’s Office refused to prosecute two-thirds of the criminals arrested in our nation’s capital that very same year.”
“Instead of focusing on the rampant cases of murder and rape perpetrated against everyday Americans, personnel in the FBI’s Washington Field Office and D.C. U.S. Attorney’s Office were obsessing over ways to target President Trump and his allies. Their conduct is disgraceful and un-American.”
The Democrat-controlled FBI completely betrayed America in pursuit of a radical left political agenda.
