As if it wasn’t already enough that the radical Democrat judges in America are doing everything in their power to stop President Donald Trump from deporting violent illegal aliens, one judge was just caught taking things a step further…

New Mexico Judge Joel Cano has been reportedly resigned after being caught by Homeland Security harboring a number of illegal aliens in his home – including a member of the deadly Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

Homeland Security agents executed a search warrant at the judges home back on Feb. 28 and arrested the suspected TdA member, Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, along with the other illegals who were breaking US immigration laws with the help of this left-wing judge.

During the arrest, agents even found a number of firearms believed to be illegally owned by the alleged TdA member.

According to the Department of Justice, “A search of the cellphones revealed the following, which affirms the fact that [Ortega-Lopez] is a TdA member: (1) A conversation with an individual on April 30, 2024, in which he refers to his AK-47 tattoo as an ‘Aragua train,’ and comments that he is worried about telling [Judge Cano’s wife] about it.”

 Authorities also claim to have found photographs of two brutal murder victims that includes mutilated bodies, decapitated heads and dismembered hands on Ortega-Lopez’s cell phones.

The details surrounding how Ortega-Lopez ended up living under this judges roof are truly insane.

Court records indicate that the suspected Tren de Aragua member was arrested while entering the U.S. illegally on Dec. 15, 2023. Due to overcrowded Border Patrol facilities, Ortega-Lopez was released three days later.

He was SUPPOSED to stay in Denver, Colorado while awaiting removal proceedings but, of course didn’t do that. Instead, Ortega-Lopez moved to El Paso, Texas without notifying any of the proper officials.

Then while living in El Paso, Judge Canos and his wife Nancy hired the illegal Venezuelan to install a glass door… breaking the law in doing so because he had never received a work authorization.

Next thing you know after Ortega-Lopez was evicted from his apartment, the judge and his wife brought Canos to live in their home and even introduced him to their daughter who let him use her guns – which is also illegal.

Unfortunately for this Judge and his pet gang banger, Ortega-Lopez decided to post pictures of himself with those firearms on social media which caught the attention of the authorities and spoiled their little lovefest.

With judges like this scattered all over the country with varying degrees of power, it’s not exactly surprising that America’s corrupt judicial system is fighting to keep criminal gangbangers just like Ortega-Lopez in the country.

Over the weekend the Supreme Court issued an ABSURD ruling preventing President Trump from deporting TdA members under the Alien Enemies act of 1798.

These judges were completely silent when the previous administration was importing these heinous criminals… but now they’re stopping the Trump administration from making our streets safer by deporting them.

Yet again, these people are proving they care more about violent illegals than they do about regular American citizens. Disgusting.
