A 19-year-old suspected domestic terrorist has been RELEASED from federal custody after a judge said that “limited access to gender-affirming care” was a good reason to let them go.

Owen McIntire, a radical leftist student at the University of Massachusetts Boston, has been accused of setting fire to an entire Tesla dealership in Kansas City as part of the strange liberal protests against Tesla CEO Elon Musk and his involvement with President Donald Trump’s administration.

McIntire was arrested earlier this month related to an incident where he was accused of throwing Molotov cocktails at the Tesla dealership. Multiple cars caught fire and were destroyed.

In a press release, the Department of Justice’s Office of Public Affairs explained, “According to an affidavit filed in support of the federal criminal complaint, on March 17, at approximately 11:16 p.m., an officer with the Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department (KCMOPD) in the vicinity of the Kansas City (KC) Tesla Center observed smoke coming from a grey Cybertruck parked in the KC Tesla Center parking lot. The officer also observed an unbroken suspected incendiary device near the burning Cybertruck. KCMOPD recovered the unbroken incendiary device, also known as a Molotov cocktail. The fire spread from the Cybertruck to a second Cybertruck in the lot. The Kansas City Fire Department responded to the scene to extinguish the fire.”

Because of the fact that these attacks are an attempt to disrupt the Trump administration and put pressure on it, US Attorney General Pam Bondi has labeled attacks on Tesla dealerships as domestic terrorism.

“Let me be extremely clear to anyone who still wants to firebomb a Tesla property: you will not evade us,” Bondi said in a previous press release. “You will be arrested. You will be prosecuted. You will spend decades behind bars. It is not worth it.”

U.S. Magistrate Judge Jessica Hedge, meanwhile, allowed the domestic terrorist to be released after McIntire’s lawyers argued that he should be released, in part, because of his “medical and mental health needs.”

McIntire has reportedly “been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder,” Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), depression, and gender dysphoria, according to court records.

His attorney claimed that continued detention would disrupt “serious and ongoing” medical treatment, including care for depression and “gender-affirming” services that McIntire reportedly began receiving in March.

But the interesting part of all of this is the different kind of treatment that liberal “domestic terrorists” get in our court system versus conservative “domestic terrorists.”

After the supposed January 6, 2021 “insurrection” liberal judges handed out some of the most ABSURD punishments to the MAGA supporters in attendance who were classified as domestic terrorists by the Biden regime.

In many cases, these people were denied their rights and locked away behind bars indefinitely. There’s ZERO chance that they would have been let out to receive ANY kind of are.

However just because McIntire is a leftist who was attacking the Trump administration, the courts have bent over backwards for him.

The two-tiered justice system is still VERY MUCH alive in America.
