Here’s the announcement that former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein made in 2018, during the early stages of Robert Mueller’s witch hunt: “The indictment charges 13 Russian nationals and three Russian companies for committing federal crimes while seeking to interfere in the United States’ political system, including the 2016 presidential election.”

Barack Obama’s old Harvard buddy Rod Rosenstein was as giddy as a schoolgirl when he made the announcement. He could barely contain himself. Here, at long last, was the fabricated “proof” that Hillary Clinton was really his president. But just this week, the Justice Department sheepishly admitted that it was all a lie.

Mueller’s team of “I’m with Hillary” prosecutors waited until the media coronavirus panic was sufficiently distracting everyone to quietly dismiss all of the charges against the Russian companies that spent a few bucks selling pro-Bernie T-shirts on Facebook.

You remember those T-shirt ads that none of us saw, right? Those were the ones that the “intelligence” community told us subliminally tricked all of us into voting for Trump instead of Hillary.

If you’ve been keeping track of the Russian collusion scoreboard, here are the results of the game that consumed the first three years of Donald Trump’s presidency:

• Collusion: 0
• Russians: 0

This makes the math really simple. If you want to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, you first gather some peanut butter… and then some jelly. Likewise, if you want to make a Russian collusion case, you need some collusion and you need some Russians. We already knew from Robert Mueller’s voluminous dossier (which Mueller never wrote and probably didn’t even read) that there was no collusion. Now the Justice Department has admitted what I’ve been saying all along: There were never even any Russians.

This is not some small matter that can be easily swept under the rug, despite the mainstream media’s total unwillingness to cover the latest development. Those 13 Russians and three Russian companies were the foundation of the DOJ’s false accusations against the Trump campaign. The indictment that Mueller leveled against the T-shirt salesmen provided the momentum that the media and the Department of Justice needed to keep their collusion fever dreams alive.

Without those indictments in July of 2018, Mueller’s team would have been done at that point. There was nowhere else to go.

The beauty of indicting a bunch of Russian nationals was that Rosenstein and Mueller figured they’d never have to go to trial. They could just “indict” them and then sit back and relax. Putin was never going to extradite 13 of his own citizens to face a trial in the US, so Team Collusion could falsely smear them in any way they wished, and our garbage media would play along.

But then a funny thing happened. The Russians hired an American law firm to fight back. Mueller’s team of prosecutors then found themselves in the impossible position of having to defend their false indictment in a courtroom, to try to prove that the Russians were guilty. The Russians’ lawyers kept asking uncomfortable questions during trial discovery about this thing that’s supposed to be pretty important in America’s legal system: Evidence.

Where’s your proof, Team Collusion?

And every time they demanded documents or proof that the Russian T-shirt salesmen were “Kremlin misinformation agents of doom,” the response that Mueller’s prosecutors gave was, “Well, gee, um, Your Honor… national security? It’s secret evidence so we can’t show it to anyone.”

Uh huh.

It became a textbook example of how to not win a case in trial. The DOJ completely dropped its case against the Russians last Monday. There’s about a 1% chance (or less) that there was ever any evidence against these Russian entrepreneurs. Mueller and Rosenstein just needed some Russians – any Russians! – to try to pin their false collusion narrative onto. Too bad for them that the non-colluding Russians hired a good defense lawyer to clear their names.

It is now definitive. There was no collusion. There were no Russians.

This just leaves a few simple matters to clear up: Who swiped the DNC emails for WikiLeaks? Who swiped the creepy Podesta emails about liberal donors being “entertained” by pre-pubescent children in the back of a pizza shop in D.C.? Was it disgruntled DNC employee Seth Rich? And if so, who really murdered Seth Rich? And finally… when the hell are Roger Stone and Mike Flynn going to be let off the hook, since there were no Russians and no collusion?
