The Biden Administration continues to rebuild the corrupt Washington, D.C., swamp by rewarding Obama-era bureaucrats that acted with malice toward President Donald J. Trump.

In a move that sends chills down the spines of law-abiding Americans, Joe Biden has rewarded disgraced ex-FBI Agent Peter Strzok by giving his wife, Melissa Hodgman, a lavish salary and prominent position in the administration.

“The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today announced Melissa R. Hodgman, currently an Associate Director in the Commission’s Division of Enforcement has been named Acting Director of the Division of Enforcement,” SEC Acting Chair Allison Herren Lee reportedly stated. “Melissa’s dedication to investor protection, broad experience in the Division, and proven track record of collaboration and creative problem solving make her ideally suited to this role.”

Few will ever forget how Strzok carried on a torrid extramarital affair with Department of Justice lawyer Lisa Page or how the pair conspired to “stop” then GOP candidate Donald Trump from reaching the Oval Office. After he won the historic 2016 elections, Strzok was caught on the record messaging his lover he and others at the FBI had an “insurance policy” to complete a bloodless coup.

We know now that Strzok was referencing false and misleading information during the Democrat-led Crossfire Hurricane probe used to spy on the Trump Campaign members. We also know that Strzok was part of a larger partisan scheme to help Hillary reach the White House. Members of the corrupt FBI leadership anticipated being rewarded for their treasonous actions, but the Trump Administration ferreted out these unscrupulous government officials and sent them packing.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are circling back to rally the most loathsome brood of Democrats to their banner. When you tally up fact-based reports, Melissa Hodgman makes her husband’s corruption level look like the Swamp’s JV Team.

Consider the following reported exchange between adulterous lovers Strzok and Page and how they worked together to deceive Hodgman.

“Your wife left me a VM. Am I supposed to respond? She thinks we’re having an affair. Should I call and correct her understanding? Leave this to you to address?” a panicked Lisa Page reportedly texted Strzok.

“I don’t know. I said we were close friends and nothing more. She knows I sent you flowers. I said you were having a tough week,” Strzok reportedly said.

A DOJ report confirmed the seedy affair and the fact Hodgman got control of the cell phone’s contents and planned to expose them.

“During a text exchange from April 4-8, 2017, you and [Lisa Page] discussed that your wife had access to your devices and had located Page’s husband’s full name, found a hotel reservation ostensibly used by you and Page during a romantic encounter, had access to photographs from your phone, threatened to send all the information to Lisa Page’s husband, and also threatened to hire a private investigator,” a DOJ document reportedly states.

But Hodgman never came forward about the illicit relationship or the fact she had access to the very phone that included text messages plotting against then-President Trump. Instead, the government lawyer took steps to hide evidence that she, too, may have been culpable in the pro-Hillary activities. For example, reports indicate that she wiped her social media clean of Hillary cheerleading and stayed with her cheating husband.

For holding back information that could have brought the Russian Collusion witch hunt to a swift conclusion and not divulging Democrat secrets, Hodgman has been promoted. She and her husband will enjoy an increased taxpayer-funded salary, health benefits few working Americans can afford, earlier retirement, and a pension. The move proves that dishonoring yourself and your country so Democrats can usurp power leads to self-enrichment.
