Federal Court Rules Pennsylvania Cannot Cheat in the 2024 Elections

Official election vote by mail ballot with a gold pen focused on the presidential candidates with a shallow depth - San Jose, California, USA - October 8, 2020

If you’re a Democrat reading this, you might want to sit down. The Third Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Pennsylvania is not allowed to cheat in the 2024 elections.

We warned you to sit down, Democrats. Maybe try breathing into a paper bag.

We’re obviously paraphrasing what the court ruling said, but this was a very big ruling against the Democrats. One more dirty trick that they used to steal the 2020 election and some of the 2022 midterms has now been taken away from them.

This particular case started after the 2022 midterms. Several Democrat-run counties in the state counted 10,000 mail-in ballots as valid, even though they either had no signatures, no dates, or incorrect dates on them. This was a clear violation of Pennsylvania state law. If you’re going to use mail-in ballots (which no one should), the only safeguards in the system are signature verification and dates on the outside of the ballots.

These 10,000 ballots had all sorts of problems and shouldn’t have been counted. Republicans successfully sued in the lower courts to have those 10,000 ballots thrown out.

This is the same BS that Democrats play with fake ballots all the time in our elections. Without signature verification and dates, there’s no way to know who dropped that ballot off or whether it was legally cast and mailed in before the deadline. Anyone could just toss a bunch of mystery ballots into the system. Without rules, the Democrats controlling the election apparatus would constantly be finding new ballots until their candidates win.

“Oh, look! This napkin I just found on the floor has a vote for Joe Biden! We’d better count it!”

Al Franken lost his 2008 Senate race until a Democrat election worker “found” two boxes of ballots in the trunk of her car. How lucky!

The same thing literally just happened again this week in Chicago. The tough-on-crime candidate for Cook County State’s Attorney was leading by 10,000 votes. Then a Democrat election worker “found” a box that had 10,000 ballots in it, and suddenly it’s a race with a less-than-1% difference in it and they’re still counting.

And of course, after all the swing states stopped counting in the middle of the night in 2020, millions of ballots for Joe Biden just “showed up” from out of nowhere. In Pennsylvania, they kept counting ballots for four days after the election, once they finally had enough fake votes to declare Biden the winner.

Anyway, after Republicans initially won that case in 2022, the NAACP turned around and sued. They insisted that those 10,000 ballots without signatures or dates were valid and must be counted. Their argument boiled down to: Pennsylvania must not enforce its election laws requiring signatures on the outside of envelopes and proper dates.

Because as we all know, signature verification is WHITE SUPREMACY!

That argument did not impress the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. This week, the court ruled in the Pennsylvania State Conference of the NAACP v. Chapman that Pennsylvania is required to enforce state election laws when it comes to counting ballots.

Mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania must have a valid signature on the outside of the envelope and a proper date. Any ballots that do not meet that simple criteria will be voided and thrown out as invalid. While this doesn’t completely clean up the corrupt system in Pennsylvania, it takes away one more tool that the Democrats have been using to steal elections. This is what we must continue relentlessly doing.

Look at how Florida transformed from being a purple state to a deep red one in 2022. That wasn’t because Ron DeSantis convinced a bunch of voters to become Republican. It happened because Florida cleaned up their voter rolls and they made it impossible for Broward County Democrats to magically find some boxes of 3 a.m. ballots.

Ohio is another example. Ohio is no longer a purple swing state because they cleaned up their voter rolls and put a ton of safeguards in place to prevent mail-in ballot fraud. The same thing would probably happen in California, Rhode Island, and a bunch of other states if we can ever get a Republican administration to have its Justice Department clean up all the dirty voter rolls. At any rate, this is another promising sign that the Democrats are not going to be able to rig the 2024 election as badly as they did in 2020.
