The Democrats have not been shy about admitting their disdain for White Americans – but now they’re kicking things up a notch – introducing a new bill which is at its core an all-out-assault on them.

The bill, H.R.61 “Leading Against White Supremacy Act of 2023,” was introduced by Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee and criminalizes “conspiracy to commit white supremacy.”

According to Jackson, the legislation seeks to “prevent and prosecute white supremacy inspired hate crime and conspiracy to commit white supremacy inspired hate crime.”

Pushed by the same hypocrites who propagate “black power,” this bill would make it illegal to criticize non-whites under the premise that the criticism could “influence” an individual to commit a hate crime.

H.R.61 states that someone engages in a white supremacy inspired hate crime “when white supremacy ideology has motivated the planning, development, preparation, or perpetration of actions that constituted a crime or were undertaken in furtherance of activity that, if effectuated, would have constituted a crime.”

The bill doesn’t actually care if a real crime is committed, however, as a key section of it focuses on outlawing any speech that would even resemble being proud of being white.

Disturbingly, the legislation specifically targets white people, and only white people.

It also seeks to ban discussion surrounding the Democrats’ plan to replace Republican voters in America known as the “great replacement theory.”

“Conspiracy” to engage in white supremacy inspired hate crime entails the publishing of material “advancing white supremacy, white supremacist ideology, antagonism based on ‘replacement theory’, or hate speech that vilifies or is otherwise directed against any non-White person or group,” the legislation states.

Jackson and the other Democrats trying to push this bill through Congress are also hoping to give the DOJ added power to act against these supposed “white supremacists,” calling for the highly corrupted DOJ to gain “authority to conduct operations and activities pursuant” to what it deems “necessary and appropriate to interdict, mitigate, or prevent such action from culminating in violent activity.”

The bill would grant the department authority to “prosecute” persons engaged in such actions, with “records of white supremacy inspired hate crimes” maintained and annual reports provided.

With this power, the DOJ could arrest virtually anybody for doing things like making certain comments or posts on social media which go against the narrative they’re pushing.

Even beyond criminal prosecution, the left would likely use this to link prominent conservative influencers and media outlets to their newly established definition of “hate crime” – creating a scenario where they have COMPLETE control over what the media says and does, like the communist nation they’re trying to transform us into.

Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert slammed the bill and the Democrats pushing it for “making a mockery of the First Amendment.”

“In case you weren’t aware of what the Democrats were prioritizing in the 118th Congress, just take a look,” she wrote. “When they’re not bankrupting our country, they’re busy making a mockery of the First Amendment.”

Jackson has argued in the past that systemic racism has “tainted” the way America treats minorities – insisting that certain “aspects of America’s laws” are “racist.”

While she may pretend that this is her solution for that in order to get the Democrat base to support it, the reality is this is just more anti-white propaganda being pushed by these fanatical leftists looking to eliminate a group of Americans who overwhelmingly vote conservative.

Jackson’s bill has virtually no chance of passing in a Republican controlled House, but it acts as a concerning barometer to just how far the Democrats are willing to go to maintain power and control.
