Democrat Joe Biden has fully weaponized the EPA to advance the left’s radical climate agenda but his motivation for doing that isn’t to save the planet– and even members of his own party are EXPOSING the President’s secret agenda.

Democrat Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) has sounded the alarm over Biden’s new EPA rules surrounding electric vehicles and tailpipe emissions, warning that its really just a “trojan horse” designed to make America more reliant on China.

Senator Manchin blasted the EPA’s regulations plan which is supposedly intended to boost EV sales beginning in 2030 and accelerating in 2032.  The plan demands that 67% of all new cars sold be electric – a goal which Senator Manchin refers to as “market manipulation” at the hands of the Biden admin.

“The EPA is lying to Americans with false claims about how their manipulation of the market to boost EVs will help American energy security,” Manchin said

The Democrat Senator warns that President Biden is actually just looking to make the country MORE reliant on minerals and technologies which the Chinese own – and would you expect anything else from the most compromised president in U.S. history?!

“In reality, this is a Trojan horse. To meet these timelines will mean strengthening our reliance on minerals and technologies controlled by the Chinese. Taken in concert with the clear violation of the [Inflation Reduction Act] to undermine provisions that would actually secure these supply chains, this Administration is taking steps that will only result in a more energy secure and powerful China.”

Manchin further warns that this would deal a major blow to our national and energy security, saying he “fully supports Congress overturning these dangerous EPA regulations.”

The controversy comes after Biden’s EPA rolled out a regulations package with the specific intent of bullying more Americans into buying electric vehicles. While EV sales make up just 5.8%, the package, which seeks to jump that to 67% in less than 10 years.  Especially considering we don’t have the technology yet to drive these cars across country, nor do we have the infrastructure in place to charge these cars, and most importantly we don’t have the demand from consumers.

Of course, however, the Biden administration KNOWS THAT – it’s all part of their plan!

At the same time, Biden’s team has unleashed a new tailpipe emissions regulation which is meant to “facilitate” the transition by effectively banning the production of some gas-powered vehicles.

Operating under the guise of “saving the climate” the EPA has quickly been moving forward with these radical regulations, but we know what they’re REALLY doing.

Critics meanwhile are warning that in addition to a beefed up reliance on China, the EPA’s action will increase the average vehicle cost at a time when Americans wallets are already hurting and car prices are unreasonably high thanks to runaway inflation.
