Congressmen Eli Crane (R-AZ) and Cory Mills (R-FL) visited the Trump assassination site in Butler, PA this week, along with conservative commentator Bennie Johnson. Rep. Crane is a former Navy SEAL sniper and Rep. Mills is a US Army combat veteran and tactical security specialist.
They brought Johnson with them to create a video record of anything they might uncover talking to local law enforcement and others who were at the rally when Thomas Crooks shot President Trump and three of his supporters.
Their investigation uncovered massive security failures that were too coincidental to be believable. Here is some new information from inside sources regarding the security “failures” that the Secret Service made that day. All this information comes from Bennie Johnson’s podcast episode on their investigation.
Hours before the assassination attempt, Thomas Crooks tried to get into the Trump rally. He was agitated, pulling his hair out, and acting like a weirdo. Security personnel stopped him. One officer remarked that Crooks “looked like an Antifa member.”
Then they lost track of him. At least one of the law enforcement teams wanted to deploy a drone to follow Crooks around. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas didn’t allow the Secret Service or local law enforcement to fly any drones around that day, however.
Hours later, there was a three-man Secret Service sniper team deployed to a second-story window behind the building that Crooks ultimately fired shots at President Trump and the crowd from. The window offered a full, unrestricted view of the rooftop which you will see in the video below.
At some point during the afternoon, one of the three snipers in the room went home. He just left and went home for the day. We don’t know why and we don’t know who granted him permission to get up and leave in the middle of a presidential protection detail, but this actually happened.
One of the remaining snipers in the room then spotted Crooks on the ground and snapped two photos of him, which were relayed to command. That sniper left his post to go look for Crooks, leaving just one member of the three-man team in the room.
The sniper who left his post to look for Crooks never found him. He did, however, realize that he had left his keycard in the room upstairs and was now locked out of the building. He radioed up to the room and the last remaining sniper covering the roof left his post, to let his doofus partner back into the building.
At the exact moment when all three of those Secret Service snipers had now left their post that offered an unrestricted view of the roof in question, Thomas Crooks climbed up to that roof and shot President Trump and three rally attendees. What a remarkable “security failure,” not to mention an amazingly fortuitous coincidence, that Crooks was able to carry out his attempt at the exact moment when there was no security watching the roof.
Plus, why wasn’t there someone on that roof in the first place? It was such an obvious sniping position to even the most untrained eye.
Meanwhile, independent journalist Haley Mills revealed on Twitter/X that Thomas Crooks was a member of the Clairton Sportsmen’s Club. It’s one of the largest shooting ranges in western Pennsylvania. It’s also the location where the Department of Homeland Security trains many of its East Coast officers.
That puts Thomas Crooks in proximity to two different federal intelligence agencies. We know from the GPS on a cell phone that someone from Crooks’s home made a random trip to Washington, DC, in June 2023 and parked two blocks from the FBI headquarters. This was the only time in the past year that this particular phone made that journey. Plus, Crooks honed his shooting skills at the same gun range where DHS is frequently present.
While this doesn’t make a definitive connection between Crooks and the Biden administration (yet), it feels like we’re getting closer to the day when that will happen. There are simply too many Americans crowdsourcing information. If the feds were involved in the assassination attempt, it will likely be uncovered. We’re not going to let them drag this out for 60-plus years like the Kennedy assassination.
