Biden Administration Forces All Officials to Follow Woke Gender Ideology if They Want to Keep Their Jobs

With America in a state of complete chaos, Joe Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is making sure that the country knows what their priorities are – focusing their efforts on… “preferred pronouns.”

Joe Biden’s transgender Admiral Rachel Levine heads up the HHS which is supposed to “enhance the health and well-being of Americans.”

Apparently, that means FORCING people to abide by their delusional pronoun nonsense – OR ELSE!

Levine has ordered the roughly 80,000 federal employees to adhere to a new “Gender Identity and Non-Discrimination Guidance” which would punish them for “misgendering” their coworkers.

 

Distributed via an internal HHS email, this guidance outlines “employee rights and protections related to gender identity,” which includes things like legal name changes and all different forms of ‘gender expressions.’

“All employees should be addressed [by] the names and pronouns they use to describe themselves,” the HHS email reads.

Furthermore, the policy states that employees are allowed to dress in whatever clothing and use whatever restroom best suits their “gender identity.”

Along with this new policy, Levine and Deputy HHS Secretary Andrea Palm released a video explaining why this new policy was so important and why it “needs” to be enforced.

Palm said that this allows employees to “show up every day as their whole selves.”

“I want to say clearly to every one of you: Who you are and who you know yourself to be is valid,” Palm said.. “We want you to be your authentic self every day, regardless of your gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, or disability status.”

Levine, who describes herself as “an out and proud transgender woman” in the video, said this policy ensures that “all HHS employees, including transgender and nonbinary employees, have equal protections in the workplace.”

He added that all supervisors and managers are responsible for enforcing the policy.

“Every one of us can play a role in creating a welcoming workplace,” he said. “Every one of you can make a difference in improving the feelings of inclusion for your coworkers.”

Crime and poverty are surging all across the country at record rates, but the Biden administration seems to think THIS is the garbage that they need to be focusing their efforts on.

Our tax dollars are being wasted on forcing 80,000 federal employees to fall in line with a delusional leftist ideology.

Moreover, this federal agency that supposed to be science-oriented has completely lost the plot.

Roger Severino, the former director of the HHS Office for Civil Rights under Trump noted that HHS has “replaced science and evidence with ideology.”

He also pointed out that by forcing people to use “preferred pronouns” the HHS is violating the First Amendment.

“Under the First Amendment, [the HHS] cannot compel people to speak falsehoods; it also cannot compel people to adopt as their own a state-approved ideology.”

Of course were talking about a radical administration that simply couldn’t care less about the constitution, or actually helping America in any way possible!

Everywhere you look Americans are struggling, but Biden’s people would rather play dress up and peddle this pronoun garbage than do anything to make the country better.
