Everyone saw this coming. Special counsel Robert Hur released his report on the hoard of stolen classified documents that Joe Biden had squirreled away in multiple hidey holes. There will be no charges filed against Joe. That’s the part we all saw coming.

The DOJ was never going to charge Joe Biden with a crime just as surely as the House GOP is never going to find their spines and impeach him. What is surprising, however, is that the report is far more damaging to Joe Biden than if they had just indicted him on some silly crime.

The report states that the special counsel declined to prosecute Joe Biden because he has the mental capacity of a toddler. The main difference, of course, is that toddlers are pleasant to be around and don’t have access to the nuclear codes. Joe Biden is so brain damaged from dementia that the special counsel report says his memory “was significantly limited.”

The report continues:

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory… It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him… of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

Maybe a jury in DC wouldn’t convict him. Did they think about putting him on trial anywhere else in the country outside of DC?

On the first day when the special counsel interviewed Diaper Joe, he couldn’t remember when his term as vice president had ended. On the second day, he couldn’t remember what year his first term as vice president started. He couldn’t remember when his son Beau had died.

The report also confirms what we’ve been saying all along—Biden stole these classified documents from the US government and showed them to other people who didn’t have security clearances. The report states that Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials.”

Biden leveraged some of the classified materials for profit. The report states that he used some of the stolen materials to write his second memoir titled, “Promise Me, Dad,” which was published in 2017. Not to be confused with Ashley Biden’s forthcoming memoir, which will be titled, “No, Daddy, Please—Not While I’m In The Shower!”

True to form, House Republicans are suddenly calling for Joe Biden to be removed from office via the 25th Amendment. In that case, Biden’s cabinet would hold a vote to decide whether he’s competent enough to be in charge. Which would let the cowardly Republicans off the hook after their voters have been demanding that they impeach Biden for more than a year now.

We’ve all known that Biden is not mentally competent since at least 2019, during the Democrat primaries. Julian Castro called Biden out for his faulty memory during one of the primary debates.

“Did you forget what you just said moments ago?” he asked the befuddled Biden.

Thanks for jumping into the fight four years later, Republicans!

Another thing that the report confirms for us is that Barack Obama really is the one running the White House from behind the scenes. Think back to all the times over the past three years when Dementia Joe has stated that he’s the vice president. Biden probably believes that since Obama is still calling all the shots. Biden’s staff might even be telling him that he’s still the VP.

I honestly don’t know what the right call is from here. Should his cabinet boot him under the 25th Amendment and then put Kamala Harris in charge? Would that even be an improvement?

On the flip side, if Biden stays in office and runs for reelection, Donald Trump is likely headed toward a landslide in November like we haven’t seen since Nixon’s victory in 1972. Would it be better long-term to let Biden stay in place?

I only know three things for certain after this report. Trump committed no crimes and has been charged with fake crimes. Joe Biden committed very real crimes and isn’t being charged. And the inside of the Bidens’ house is a dump.

Good grief, Jill! Why don’t you spend some of that $50 million in Chinese bribes your husband took and hire a maid?
