New York City Still Taking Revenge on Unvaccinated Employees it Fired

The COVID vaccine tyrants really are some of the worst people in the world and they all deserve to go to jail. Remember all of those teachers and other municipal employees in New York City who were fired because they were unvaccinated. They can’t get new jobs, because they can no longer pass federal or state criminal background checks.

What “crime” did they commit? They refused to inject a dangerous, experimental substance into their bodies just because the Democrats told them to.

As of last September, the New York City Education Department had fired roughly 2,000 teachers for not taking the COVID shot. They also fired another 1,400 municipal union workers from various city jobs.

We only learned about the plight of these workers who dared to stand up against the Democrat Party mandates because of a lawsuit they’ve filed. The case is New Yorkers for Religious Liberty, Inc., et al vs. the City of New York et al, which you can see HERE.

 

Every teacher and other employee in New York City has a personnel file that includes their fingerprints. The city didn’t just fire these workers because of their unconstitutional vaccine mandate that violates the religious freedom and medical conscience of everyone. They also flagged every employee and teacher’s personnel file with a “problem code.” The city then sent the fingerprints and personnel files of every fired employee to the New York Criminal Justice Services and the FBI.

Now that New York City has backed down from its unconstitutional mandates, it’s telling the fired employees that they are welcome to reapply for their old jobs. Many of us can’t imagine thinking, “Oh, right, I’ll just come back and work for you A-holes again after the way you treated me.” But the cost of living is obviously through the roof in New York City, and these people have been living on inadequate unemployment benefits for a long time.

The problem is that when these fired workers reapply for their old jobs, or try to find a different job elsewhere, they suddenly can’t pass a criminal background check. They’re flagged for the “problem codes” in their personnel records with the New York Criminal Justice Service and the FBI.

Have you ever known a kindergarten teacher with the moral flexibility to drive 5 mph over the speed limit? Me neither. But in New York City, fired unvaxed kindergarten teachers now can’t pass an FBI background check. That probably means they now can’t purchase a firearm, although that may not be an issue for New York City workers anyway, since their state is so out of whack with the Constitution.

This dovetails perfectly with the news last week that the CDC is now implementing new medical codes that allow doctors to put unvaccinated patients on a government list. If you tell your doctor you don’t want a COVID shot, or if you don’t complete a full double-vaxed, double-boosted program, your doctor can enter a new ICD-10 medical code into your permanent medical records that the World Health Organization has access to.

Does the FBI have access to everyone’s medical records now? Do the “private” medical records of unvaccinated people now have “problem codes” on them like those of the fired New York City employees and teachers? I could actually see the unelected Biden regime using this as a backdoor method of putting all the unvaccinated people on the FBI’s NCIC list so their Second Amendment rights are taken away.

We knew that the vax fanatics in government were tyrannical, but we had no idea of the depths they were willing to stoop to in order to restrict all our rights. People tried to exercise their common sense or their religious beliefs, and the Democrats registered them as federal criminals with the FBI.

The message is clear: Get injected with the government health juice, or you will never be able to get a job comparable to the one we’re firing you from. New York City is just as bad as New Zealand, Canada and Australia in this regard.

Not that there isn’t a certain irony to public sector union employees getting treated so badly by the same Democrat Party that claims to support them. But no one deserves to be treated like this.

These fired workers have been branded as criminals without being charged with a crime and without being put on trial. It’s like a red flag law, but for vaccines instead of gun owners. You get no say in it, and they will take away your right to support your family if you step out of line, and there’s no way to appeal it.
