Arizona has an… interesting… law which allows people who fail to provide proof of U.S. citizenship on their state voter application forms to still vote on federal-only ballots.

Basically, this peculiar law allows for illegal immigrants to cast their votes in federal elections and the EXPLODING numbers have shown that they CERTAINLY are using this voting loophole to decide American elections – which is exactly what the Democrats want them here for.

Back in 2018, only 1,700 federal-only ballots came out of Arizona. Just two years later in 2020, that number increased to 11,600 federal-only ballots.  In that same year, open border Joe Biden miraculously won the state of Arizona by a mere 10,457 votes!

Now here we are four years later and with more illegal migrants pounding our border than we’ve ever had in our history as a nation, the number of illegal votes expected to be cast is MUCH higher.

But this is only made possible by a Supreme Court ruling from 2013 which found that states MUST “accept and use” the standardized federal voter registration form for national elections under the 1993 National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

The NVRA form does NOT require proof of citizenship – instead it only asks applicants “under penalty of perjury” whether or not they are citizens which is about as a effective as asking applicants to pink promise that they are Americans.

This led to an Arizona decision to require proof of citizenship ONLY on state votes – but not on federal ones?

Scot Mussi, president of the Arizona Free Enterprise Club, a nonprofit committed to advancing a pro-growth, limited government agenda in Arizona said that the state has seen an “explosion of federal only voters” — Illegal immigrants merely pinky promising to be Americans.

Republicans have been TRYING to fight back against this insane illegal voting scheme in the state, but Democrats are not willing to let it go quite so easily.

In 2022, the Republican-led state legislature passed two election integrity bills to address this and even threatened to charge election officials with a class 5 felony for failing to verify citizenship before allowing people to vote.

However, Arizona’s leftist secretary of states have INTENTIONALLY kept the state’s voter rolls as messy as possible to make it harder for election officials to cross reference them.

At the same time, last year it was reported that the secretary of state’s office had received reports of more than 78,200 potentially INVALID VOTERS!

None of that has stopped the left from crying “voter suppression” as conservatives fight to clean up the disastrous elections.

Even the Democratic National Committee jumped into the discussion trying to paint the election integrity changes as unlawful – which is not surprising considering Joe NEEDS these illegal votes to win in 2024.
