Citizen’s Group Threatens to Recall Republican Wisconsin Speaker After He Sat On Impeachment Articles Against Democrat Election Official For Weeks

Impeach and impeachment concept as United States congress votes on legislation for impeaching a president or removing a political figure representing government legal procedures in a 3D illustration style.

Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has finally advanced the Articles of Impeachment against the chief of the Wisconsin Election Commission, after Vos sat on the articles for six weeks doing nothing. All it took for the voters of Wisconsin to get Vos to do his job was spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on an ad campaign and threats to give him the “Kevin McCarthy treatment.”

Why are so many elected Republicans as weak as Robin Vos? Why do we have to spend six figures on ad campaigns just to get them to carry out the most basic things on behalf of their voters?

Meagan Wolfe was the Wisconsin Elections Commission Administrator for a full four-year term. She was instrumental in helping her party—the Democrats—to steal the 2020 election from Donald Trump. When her term expired, Wolfe was supposed to choose a replacement for herself and step down. But because of a loophole in the system, if she doesn’t choose a replacement, she gets to stay on the job permanently and keep running the elections next year.

There’s a simple solution: Impeach her and remove her from the office.

Several GOP lawmakers drew up Articles of Impeachment against Wolfe and introduced them back in September. Wolfe is being impeached on 15 counts, including maladministration of the 2020 election, illegally urging clerks to “cure” mail-in ballots on behalf of Democrat candidates only, and removing election deputies from the process of assisting the elderly in voting in nursing homes.

Republicans now have supermajorities in the Assembly and Senate, following voter frustration with how the 2020 election was stolen. There’s no way that Articles of Impeachment against Meagan Wolfe could be stopped, so long as Speaker Vos allows them to move forward.

Oh, and by the way, the fact that there are Republican supermajorities in both bodies is further proof that the 2020 election was stolen. How does Joe Biden end up with more votes than Donald Trump in a state where there aren’t enough Democrat voters to at least keep the margins close in the state Assembly and Senate?

But Robin Vos sat there for about seven weeks after the Articles of Impeachment were introduced against Wolfe. Out of frustration with Vos’s weakness and cowardice, a citizen’s group called Honest, Open, and Transparent (HOT) Government had to pay for a six-figure ad campaign to pressure Vos into taking action.

Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, who led an investigation in 2020 election fraud and found mountains of it, suggested that the voters in Vos’s district recall him from office in January. Constituents in Wisconsin can recall their legislators after they have served one year of their current term, and Vos’s first year is coming up in January.

Finally, after his own voters spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and constituent calls to his office were overwhelmingly in favor of recalling him, Robin Vos advanced the Articles of Impeachment to the Assembly Committee on Government Accountability and Oversight.

Why does it take so much effort to get a Republican leader to take even the smallest baby steps to do what the voters wants? We’re on the verge of losing our nation in a communist takeover, and elected Republicans aren’t even willing to fight over the little things.

Republicans in the US Congress are no better. When Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) submitted a measure to censure Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) for inciting a riot at the Capitol complex on October 7th, Republicans couldn’t even get that passed. More than 20 of them joined with Democrats to shoot it down. A censure is simply a harshly worded letter with no penalty attached to it.

If the GOP doesn’t have the stones to criticize Rashida Tlaib, does anyone believe they’re actually going to vote to impeachment Joe Biden for taking $50 million in bribes from China and Ukraine? It’s all theatre that they’re using to fundraise off of us.

This is all a good reminder that state, local, and federal primaries are coming up. It’s time to start meeting the candidates—especially your local ones—and weeding out the weaklings. If a city or town candidate knocks on your door, take the time to ask them some point-blank questions and see whether they’re one of us.

Do you believe the 2020 election was stolen?

Do you believe that little boys can turn into little girls?

Do you think my tax dollars should be sent to foreign countries instead of using them to help homeless American veterans?

And so on.

Figure out who the most MAGA candidate is in every race, even for your local dogcatcher, and vote for them. It’s time to start getting rid of the cowards and weaklings and electing more America First candidates, before it’s too late.
