While pro-Trump voters have been on a consistent losing streak under the Biden administration, there has been one bright spot—the Supreme Court. Recently a few SCOTUS rulings have gone in favor of Republicans. These couple of blows to the left-wing agenda have Democrats FREAKING OUT, with some, like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), calling for the impeachment of judges.

The court struck down the anti-white Affirmative Action initiative for college admissions, upheld that businesses can refuse services to LGBTQ individuals or businesses if it conflicts with their religious beliefs, and blocked Joe Biden’s vote buying scheme to forgive $430 million in student loan debt.

AOC claimed on CNN that the nation’s highest court has engaged in a “dangerous authoritarian expansion of power” and justices must be impeached as a result.

“We have justices saying that the Supreme Court is going themselves much too far. They are expanding their role into acting as though they are Congress itself,” Ocasio-Cortez claimed.

“And that, I believe, is an expansion of power that we really must be focusing on. The danger of this court and the abuse of power in this court particularly as it is related to the entanglements around conflicts of interest, as well.”

CNN Host Dana Bash asked her, “Are you saying that the justices’ power should somehow be limited?”

Ocasio-Cortez responded, “I truly do. And this is not a new, this is not a new development in history. This is part of our system of checks and balances. The courts, if they were to proceed without any check on their power, without any balance on their power, then we will start to see an undemocratic and frankly dangerous authoritarian expansion of power in the Supreme Court which what we are seeing now, from overturning abortion to the ruling for discrimination and frankly stripping the full dignity and personhood of LGBTQ people in the United States.”

She then took things a step further by issuing an outright call for the impeachment of conservative justices.

“There also must be impeachment on the table,” she said. “We have a broad level of tools to deal with misconduct, overreach, and abuse of power and the Supreme Court which has not been receiving the adequate oversight necessary in order to preserve their own legitimacy.”

“And in the process, being themselves have been destroying the legitimacy of the court, which is profoundly dangerous for our entire democracy,” she added.

But the major reason why Democrats like AOC seem to be so worried is because a MAJORITY of Americans agree with the court’s rulings!

A recent poll conducted by left-wing ABC News found that 52% of all Americans agree with the court ending affirmative action – and that the true number is likely much higher.

So of course, the left is angry, because everything they do goes AGAINST the will of the American people!
