Democrats in America have been trying to separate Americans from their legally owned firearms for decades – hoping to eliminate that pesky Second Amendment which was intended to allow citizens to protect themselves against a tyrannical government.

But as the left has grown increasingly tyrannical, so too have their attacks on the Second Amendment. They NEED it gone to move forward with their plans to finally transform America into a full-blown Communist nation.

But unfortunately for these gun-grabbing leftists, a conservative supreme court hasn’t exactly made this an easy task on the federal level even ruling last year to expand the rights of gun owners when it comes to carrying in public.

And because of that, some Democrats are trying to come after guns even HARDER in the states they control to send a message to the Supreme Court and any other pro-2A advocates.

The latest example of that has come out of the heavily blue state of Massachusetts where a Dem-controlled House of Representatives passed a bill BANNING guns from a large variety of public spaces and cracks down on “ghost guns” in addition to expanding their ban on so-called “assault weapons.”

The bill, H-4135, is a massive gun control rollout which makes it harder for law-abiding Americans to defend themselves with firearms at a time when crime is spiking to dangerous heights, the likes of which America has never experienced before.

Critics have been slamming Democrats for advancing this bill which is a BLATANT violation of the Constitution – not that leftists care.

The belief among many is that this was done by Massachusetts Democrats to make Americans in their state pay after the Supreme Court defended the Second Amendment.

“All of it goes against us, the lawful people. There’s nothing in there that goes after the criminals,” Jim Wallace, executive director of the Gun Owners’ Action League, told The Associated Press.

Wallace said it was all done in reaction to the SCOTUS ruling, “This is a tantrum. This is a flat-out tantrum,” he said.

The NRA Institute for Legislative Action also said the bill “re-writes gun laws in the Commonwealth and imposes unprecedented gun-control,” before going on to point out some of the ways in which the legislation is a direct violation of American’s constitutional rights.

The institute said that the bill does things like eliminate due process through expanded ‘red flag’ law, expanding gun registry programs, and placing an extreme financial burden on gun-owners to price them out of owning a firearm.

This radical bill will likely become law in the Democrat stronghold of a state, adding to a host of already strict gun laws which has rendered Massachusetts one of the states with the lowest legal firearm ownership in the entire country.

But what’s truly dangerous is that Democrats could look to roll out radical anti-gun bills like this all over the country and then, if all the stars line up for them, strip us of our guns completely on the federal level if they retake the House, Senate and Presidency in 2024 or beyond.
