Joe Biden Forced Federal Agencies like the FAA to Prioritize DEI, Now They’re Hiring “Mentally Disabled” People to Make Sure Planes are “Safe”

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) has become a much larger issue for America than many anticipated with the far-left hiring practice having gotten so out of hand that it’s putting American lives in danger.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is ACTIVELY recruiting employees who have “severe intellectual” and “psychiatric disabilities” among other serious mental and psychical conditions – all in the name of DEI!

The FAA, which exists to regulate “civil aviation and U.S. commercial space transportation, maintain and operate air traffic control and navigation systems for both civil and military aircrafts,” doesn’t even try to hide their dangerous hiring practices.

On the agency’s website, they brag about how “diverse” their absurd hiring initiative is.

“Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring,” the FAA’s website states. “They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism.”

This means that the 45,000 person agency responsible for regulating air travel is LITERALLY hiring disabled people to keep us safe!

 

“Because diversity is so critical, FAA actively supports and engages in a variety of associations, programs, coalitions and initiatives to support and accommodate employees from diverse communities and backgrounds. Our people are our strength, and we take great care in investing in and valuing them as such,” the FAA website further reads.

As you would expect, the hiring guidelines for this “woke” federal agency were put into effect DURING that Biden presidency after old Joe declared that forcing federal agencies to adopt DEI would be a priority of his administration.

A painfully familiar member of the Biden administration is the one directly responsible for this – Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, the same man who has been behind more crises than we can count during his time in the position.

And with a regulatory agency like this, it’s no surprise that the overall quality of the aircrafts Americans are flying on has decreased to dangerous levels.

Early in January a 737 Max 9 built by Boeing – a DEI obsessed company – had a door break off MID FLIGHT.

In response, the FAA claimed it would “increase its oversight of Boeing” to prevent further incidents like this from happening, but if the people responsible for “oversight” are just as bad- if not worse – as the ones who created the problem in the first place this means absolutely NOTHING.

Needless to say, all of this has made flying much less safe in Biden’s America and people have finally caught on to that.

The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh wrote that “The DEI Rot In The Airline Industry Is Way Worse Than You Think.”

Elon Musk also chimed in, asking people rhetorically, “Do you want to fly in an airplane where they prioritized DEI hiring over your safety? This is actually happening.”
