Gov. Brian Kemp REFUSES to Launch Criminal Probe into Fani Willis

We’ve been covering the ongoing saga of Fulton County District Attorney for quite a few days now, ever since it was revealed that she had a homewrecking affair with the unqualified attorney that she appointed to lead the special prosecution of Donald Trump in Georgia.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) forwarded a criminal complaint to Gov. Brian Kemp and the state’s Attorney General. It was initially reported that Kemp was referring Greene’s complaint to a state oversight commission instead of dealing with it directly. But now we’ve learned that it’s much worse than that.

Kemp won’t lift a finger to try to stop Fani Willis, because his brain has been broken by Trump Derangement Syndrome. In 2023, the Georgia legislature created a new oversight commission that is designed to investigate prosecutors. That commission even has the authority to remove DA’s from office if necessary. That’s fine. It’s probably a good way to curb the abuses of Soros-funded prosecutors like Fani Willis. But the committee hasn’t even been formed yet and won’t technically exist until several months from now.

Gov. Kemp did not refer the Fani Willis situation to the oversight commission. Instead, he wrote back to Marjorie Taylor Greene and told her she should make the referral to the commission!

Under the law creating this new oversight commission, it will not be formed until after the 2024 General Assembly wraps up in Georgia. The legislative session ends in late March or early April. The commission won’t even be formed until after that, and probably won’t be operational before May of this year. So, as far as Governor Brian Kemp is concerned, Fani Willis can continue on the job for at least another five months during the middle of a presidential election year. No biggie.

Fani Willis has paid her lover, Nathan Wade, close to $1 million in Fulton County taxpayer funds to prosecute this bogus RICO case against Donald Trump. Wade spent much of that money taking Willis on luxury vacations to California, Florida, and multiple Caribbean cruises (hoping his wife wouldn’t catch them). Fani Willis is accused of personally, financially benefiting from prosecuting a former United States President.

And she gets to stay on the job for who knows how long? Since when has justice in this country operated like that? If a cop pulls you over for drunk driving, they don’t let you drive away from the spot where they pulled you over. Being simply accused of drunk driving means the cops can confiscate your car, throw you in jail, take away your driver’s license, etc.

But if you’re accused of blowing a million bucks in taxpayer funds on yourself and your lover for luxury vacations, just stay on the job. That’s fine. No conflict there! It’s not as if we’re supposed to hold people in law enforcement, such as district attorneys, to a higher standard when it comes to upholding the law.

“These allegations are deeply troubling and evidence should be presented quickly,” said a spokesperson for Gov. Kemp, who is out of the country right now. “Georgians must have confidence in our legal system and its procedures, and these allegations — in addition to the lack of direct response from District Attorney Willis — jeopardize that confidence.”

Hey, Governor Kemp: Do you know what else undermines confidence in the legal system?

When a governor has statutory power to launch an immediate investigation into corruption allegations against a district attorney, but instead jets off to Davos to hang out with the rest of the weirdoes in the New World Order.

Kemp is a Never Trumper, and by refusing to launch a criminal investigation into Fani Willis, he is dragging the process out for an unknown number of months into the future. Meanwhile, many of Trump’s co-defendants in this fake RICO case are ordinary people from Georgia. They are racking up hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney fees to fight these charges, which could be dismissed tomorrow if Kemp would just do his job.

Gov. Kemp is hanging out with the globalist elites at the “World Economic Forum” right now instead of trying to preserve the American system of law and justice. This is what Brian Kemp thinks is a better use of his time than fighting to defend the US Constitution and the rights of Americans:
