Biden Salivates as Bangladesh Locks up 50 Percent of Opposition Voters on BS Charges

The Democrats are growing increasingly desperate. The Department of Justice is not banana republicking hard enough to suit them. Despite four indictments against Donald Trump, and nearly 2,000 January 6ers having their lives destroyed on fake charges, the American people are still yearning for the return of Trump to the White House.

Joe Biden’s team knows that they can’t really step up the persecution of their political enemies until they secure a second term in office. Once that happens, the Democrats hope to unleash hell on Americans, just the same as the despotic tyrant running Bangladesh is doing right now.

Sheikh Hasina Wazed, the aforementioned despotic tyrant, has been the Prime Minister of Bangladesh off and on since 1991. In a story that hasn’t received nearly enough media coverage (because of the obvious parallels to what Joe Biden is doing), Sheikh Hasina Wazed has locked up and/or charged 2,500,000 opposition voters and their leaders on a host of BS crimes.

That’s not a typo. There have been 2.5 million voters and party leaders arrested. There’s a big election coming up in Bangladesh soon, and Sheikh Hasina Wazed can’t be troubled with things like “democracy” when her popularity is plummeting.

Thousands of members of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party are herded into courtrooms every single day across the country. Most of the charges are vague, and there is often little or no evidence to support the cases.

The leaders of the party are facing especially harsh treatment. Instead of holding political rallies or late-night strategy sessions to prepare for the upcoming elections, most of them are facing hundreds of fictitious charges. They’re all being brought into court in handcuffs and locked in cages for their not-very-fair trials.

One party leader named Saiful Alam Nirob is facing somewhere between 317 and 394 criminal counts. The indictment is so terribly written that he and his lawyer can’t even tell the exact number of charges against him. The indictments are such crap in most cases that they may as well have been written by Fani Willis, Jack Smith or Alvin Bragg.

He’s a party leader, but what about the regular voters who are registered as members of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party? As Nirob was being dragged into the courtroom, a dozen of his supporters were in handcuffs outside in an alleyway, waiting for their turn in court in a torrential rainstorm. The 12 voters have been charged with approximately 400 crimes between them—an average of about 33 charges apiece.

One voter told a reporter, “I can’t do a job. It’s court case to court case.” He’s been charged with 60 crimes.

Over her time in office, Sheikh Hasina Wazed has placed her own party loyalists in charge of the police, the military and most of the courts in Bangladesh. When a reporter asked Wazed why she was using the judiciary to harass her political opponents, she sent an aide into another room to fetch a photo album. The photos were all of dead bodies that had been maimed, tortured, shot to death, burned to death in arson attacks, and the usual catalog of horrors that you see in banana republics.

Tapping the photo album, Wazed claimed, “It is not political. It is not political. It is because of their crime.”

Fortunately, the US State Department under the leadership of tough-as-nails Tony Blinken isn’t going to stand for this type of banana republic electioneering. You can’t just lock up millions of voters in an opposition party just because you have a big election coming up. Oh, wait…

Awkward.

The Biden regime is not issuing any sanctions against Bangladesh for this tyrannical horror show that’s unfolding. The State Department won’t even say anything bad about it when asked. During a press conference with Vedant Patel, Biden’s Principal Deputy Spokesperson at the State Department, he was asked multiple times last week about Sheikh Hasina Wazed locking up millions of people who planned to vote against her.

The closest to a condemnation that the State Department’s spokesperson could state was, “We support free and fair elections in Bangladesh.”

See? Sheikh Hasina Wazed is not interfering in an election or persecuting her political enemies. She’s fortifying her democracy! And that is exactly what Joe Biden, and the Democrats, plan to do to you and me if we don’t put Donald Trump back in the White House.
