Without even having a trial and with no jury present, a judge in the NY Attorney General Letitia James lawsuit against Donald Trump has handed down a shocking ruling. It’s hard to even express how outlandishly illegal Judge Arthur Engoron’s ruling is. The judge canceled the business certificates of the Trump Organization and its subsidiary LLCs in New York State and is giving them 10 days to name independent receivers to dissolve all the businesses.

This doesn’t even rise to the level of banana republic stuff. This was an act of judicial sedition in which the judge threw out the Magna Carta and the US Constitution.

Letitia James’ silly civil lawsuit against Trump was for $250 million—but the judge, from out of nowhere, has declared that it’s illegal for the Trump Organization to exist any longer. The trial doesn’t even start until next week!

James’ lawsuit claims that Trump overvalued his real estate holdings to secure business loans. Which means… Trump paid too much in taxes. The allegation is that Trump did this to secure financing and loans.

All of the banks did their own due diligence on the loan applications. Trump paid every loan back, including operational loans and business loans. He didn’t default on any of the loans and no bank experienced a negative outcome from lending the Trump Organization or its subsidiaries money. Letitia James and the judge have called this “fraud,” and yet there is no victim, and no bank has complained about the Trump Organization. They all got their money back, plus interest.

This communist judge agreed with Letitia James that Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 million. Mar-a-Lago is a 126-room, 62,500-square-foot mansion on 20 acres next to the ocean. Homes in the same neighborhood as Mar-a-Lago that are situated on a quarter-acre, with no beachfront property, are valued between $25 and $40 million—but Mar-a-Lago is somehow only worth $18 million? The estate was built in the 1920s for $7 million, which is the equivalent of about $118 million in today’s dollars.

In response to the judge’s valuation, Donald Trump Jr. tweeted, “If Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million… I’ll take 10 please!!!”

Both the judge and Letitia James, since they’ve never been in business for themselves or even had real jobs, claimed that Donald Trump, Don Jr., Eric and Ivanka Trump all engaged in this “criminal” activity that resulted in them paying too much in taxes. They’re the bosses of the company. They’re not doing back-office crap like applying for loans. The people who fetch coffee for the Trumps handle things like that.

And are we really supposed to believe that the banks and financial institutions that have loaned money to the Trump Organization over the years did not do their due diligence on the investments?

When you apply for a home loan, the bank begins the process with an assumption that you are lying to them. They do their own due diligence and go from there. Trump didn’t get special treatment from the banks. If anything, the banks did even more investigating before handing out loans of that size to him. Not all real estate tycoons are able to pay their loans back successfully. Trump did—and somehow, he’s now going to lose his business in New York unless a state or federal appeals court reverses this absurd ruling.

Why is this happening now? Because another piece of evidence in the Biden bribery/impeachment case just came out. Hunter Biden received $260,000 in bribe money from Chinese businessmen in 2019. The two wire transfers named Joe and Jill Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home as the beneficiary. No biggie. Quick, GET TRUMP!

It is impossible to overstate what a bullsh*t ruling this is. This sudden sentencing by Judge Engoron overturns 800+ years of the rule of the law in Western civilization. The judge is acting as a king who decides to take away a noble’s property without warning, without a trial by jury, and without giving the victim a chance to even defend himself. It is the most anti-American court ruling that any of us have seen in their lifetimes.

This judge should crack open a history book. American’s don’t exactly have a great track record when it comes to following the capricious orders of kings.
