Former Democrat Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard revealed that President Joe Biden is not truly in charge – exposing him as a “front man.”

Gabbard said that Biden is following orders from former President Barack Obama who once joked about finding a way to cheat the system and get a third term.

Gabbard, who has often been critical of Biden, argued in a tweet that the Biden administration had announced plans for the Disinformation Governance board just days after Obama had called for better moderation of misinformation and disinformation.

“Biden is just a front man. Obama, April 21: social media censors ‘don’t go far enough,’ so the government needs to step in to do the job. Six days later, Homeland Security rolls out the ‘Ministry of Truth’ (aka Disinformation Governance Board),” the former Democratic presidential candidate explained.

Gabbard has been critical of the board since its roll-out was announced, joining a number of others in repeatedly referring to it as the Ministry of Truth — referencing George Orwell’s dystopian novel “1984.”

“Every dictatorship has a propaganda arm—a ‘Ministry of Truth.’ The Biden Administration has now formally joined the ranks of such dictatorships with their creation of the so-called ‘Disinformation Governance Board,’” Gabbard tweeted alongside a clip of a recent appearance she made on Fox News’ “Hannity.”

“The reason why you see this in dictatorships is because they’re afraid of us,” Gabbard told host Sean Hannity, meaning that the government feared the will and voices of the people. “They’re afraid of the people, they’re afraid that we might actually think for ourselves.”

Gabbard further warned that the new board would “work through the mainstream media” in order to choose and spread whatever narrative they want— and that the taxpayer would be footing the bill for their government trying to “drown out anyone with alternate views.”

She also argued that the board would “silence dissenting voices through intimidation,” adding, “This is something they have already been doing, that’s happening right now. The only difference is they’re formalizing it, making it official — which, if there’s a silver lining in this, it is they’re revealing exactly who they are.”

Gabbard went on to explain that because the Biden administration had showed its hand in such a public fashion, the American people had the information they needed to stand up and fight back. “We’re not going to let you get away with this crap,” she said.

“We will take a stand, we will reject it, and we will throw out of office those who are continuing to push and propagate this undemocratic, anti-free speech mission.”

“The hysterical reaction by those in power & their MSM mouthpieces to all Americans being allowed to exercise our free speech exposes their tyrannical tendencies, as does their creation of a ‘Ministry of Truth.’ All freedom-loving Americans—Dem/Rep/Ind—need to reject such tyrants,” she added in a later tweet.
