Ilhan Omar has finally said the quiet part out loud. And by “quiet part,” we mean the part where a sitting member of Congress appears to call for the execution of the President of the United States. But hey, when your party’s fresh out of ideas, policies, and moral compasses, I guess calls for execution are the next logical step.

It all started when President Trump went on Fox Business with Larry Kudlow and did what he does best—speak the truth plainly. In this case, he highlighted the obvious, pointing out the chaos imported into Minnesota from Somalia, referencing none other than the queen of anti-American rhetoric herself, Rep. Ilhan Omar. Trump said, “Somalia has come in here — what they’ve done to our country, these people — they’ve come into our country, and what they’ve done with that fake congresswoman. She’s so bad.”

Now, you’d think a sitting congresswoman might take the high road. Maybe issue a rebuttal. Maybe challenge the policy. But Ilhan Omar? Oh no, she went full scorched-earth. She fired back on X, saying: “The leader of the Pedophile Protection Party is trying to deflect attention from his name being all over the Epstein files. At least in Somalia they execute pedophiles not elect them.”

Let’s pause here. That’s not just a spicy tweet. That’s what most rational people would call a thinly veiled threat. When you mention Trump, accuse him of being a pedophile (without any evidence, mind you), and then say that in Somalia they “execute pedophiles,” what exactly are you implying? Because to those of us who haven’t had our brains scrambled by progressive word salad, it sure sounds like a call to violence against the sitting president.

And this isn’t just some random Twitter troll. This is a United States congresswoman. She swore an oath to the Constitution. Apparently, she thought it was more of a loose guideline than a binding commitment.

The only people more silent than the liberal media on this outrage are the Democrats themselves. No condemnation. No calls for censure. Just crickets. The same folks who called January 6 the “darkest day in American history” are suddenly fine with one of their own floating execution fantasies about a president they don’t like. But hey, as long as it’s not a mean tweet from Trump, right?

Even worse, this comes just ten months before the midterms. Voters across the country, especially those who flipped their districts red in 2024, should take note of what’s on the line. The Democrats aren’t hiding their contempt for President Trump, and by extension, the 75 million-plus Americans who voted for him. When they’re not busy pushing identity politics and gender studies in kindergarten, they’re apparently daydreaming about foreign-style justice for their political opponents.

Let’s be very clear: if a Republican had even hinted at something like this about Biden or Obama, the FBI would be at their door before they hit “send.” There’d be emergency sessions in Congress, wall-to-wall CNN coverage, and Nancy Pelosi would probably dust off her impeachment gavel again just for old times’ sake. But since it’s Ilhan Omar, and since it’s Trump, we’re all supposed to just shrug and move on?

No. Not this time.

This isn’t just about one tweet. This is about a pattern. A pattern of radical Democrats normalizing hate, silencing dissent, and now, apparently, flirting with political violence. This is what happens when you let ideology replace common sense, and let America-hating radicals represent districts they seem to despise.

Ilhan Omar’s comments need to be investigated. Period. If she’s allowed to walk away from this without so much as a slap on the wrist, what’s next? Open calls for violence at campaign rallies?

The voters put President Trump back in office because they were tired of this two-tiered nonsense. In ten months, they’ll have a chance to clean house again. And if Democrats like Omar keep showing their cards like this, they might just get swept out with the rest of the trash.
