Joe and Jill Biden made a surprise trip home to Delaware this last month. There’s nothing surprising about that. The doddering puppet has spent more than 40% of his time in the past two years on vacation. Nice work if you can get it.

But the reason for the surprise trip was so that he and his wife could vote in person. What’s wrong, Joe? Don’t you trust mail-in balloting? Not that it matters any longer. After the Bidens traveled to Delaware to vote in person for the Democrat primary, a court ruled that mail-in voting is unconstitutional – and all mail-in voting has been halted there for the upcoming midterm elections.

I’ve always been of the opinion that mail-in voting is unconstitutional at the federal level. We are supposed to have an Election Day every four years for presidential contests. An Election DAY – not Election Weeks that begin months before Election Day with early voting and stretch out to weeks after the election as we wait for the Postal Service to deliver every last ballot that the Democrats need to steal an election.

And that’s what they’re doing with mail-in voting: Stealing elections. That’s the whole purpose of mail-in voting, unattended drop boxes that can be stuffed in the dead of night, early voting, and “counting” machines that can never seem to do that one thing – count votes – until sometimes days or weeks after the election.

If a backwater dump like France can have all in-person paper ballots and count all the votes by hand and know the results in a presidential election the same day, why can’t we?

Democrats in the Delaware state legislature rammed mail-in voting through in a bill earlier this year, over strong objections from the minority Republicans. The GOP is badly outnumbered in Delaware, unfortunately. They objected to passing mail-in voting, however, because it is a violation of the state’s constitution. Multiple groups sued to overturn the plan for universal mail-in voting in the November midterms.

That’s what Vice Chancellor Nathan Cook ruled on this week. He found that the mail-in voting law was unconstitutional and stopped the practice for the upcoming November elections. Democrats will now have to find some other way to cheat.

In order to really establish mail-in voting in Delaware, it would have required going through the convoluted process of a constitutional amendment. While Republicans are in the minority in Delaware, there is enough of them to prevent a constitutional amendment. An amendment requires a two-thirds vote by both the House and Senate in Delaware, and it has to pass by that margin in two consecutive General Assemblies. When they failed to gain any Republican support for an amendment, they rammed a mail-in bill through anyway.

Bit by bit, election integrity is being restored across the country. Arizona has passed some really good legislation into law that will prevent a repeat of the 2020 debacle. The Supreme Court in Wisconsin ruled that Mark Zuckerberg’s drop boxes are unconstitutional. Governor Ron DeSantis in Florida established a special law enforcement branch to investigate “irregularities” which we all know are really “Democrat methods of cheating.”

But this isn’t enough. We the people are going to have to step up in the November midterms to prevent a repeat of 2020. We need to flood the zone when it comes to volunteering on the day of the elections. We need to watch the polls and watch the counting rooms like hawks.

And instead of putting up with BS this time like allowing them to kick Republican observers out as they’re “counting” the votes, we need to stand our ground and call our local sheriffs or law enforcement in for reinforcements.

We know the methods they use to cheat now, so we need to do the work to prevent them from cheating – for every elected position from US Senator to local dog catcher. The Democrats are panicked at the scope of the Red Wave that’s coming in November. Mitch McConnell and Lindsay Graham are doing everything they can to prevent Republicans from winning control of their chamber. But the House is looking at historic gains and everyone knows it.

They’re gonna cheat. We know they’re gonna cheat. So, let’s get to work stopping them.
