Republican Presidential Candidate Donald J. Trump has DEFEATED Democratic Candidate Kamala Harris – but, unfortunately, that’s only half the battle.

President Trump may have won the election to become the 47^th President of the United States and he should be back in the White House come this January, that is, if the Democrats actually decide to comply with the law – which seems to be a VERY big “if.”

During a CBS interview back in August, President Joe Biden had one of his infamous Freudian slips and ADMITTED that the Democrats have no plans to just peacefully hand over power to Donald Trump in January 2025.

In that interview Robert Costa, CBS News’ Chief election correspondent, asked Joe if he was “confident that there will be a smooth transition of power” after the election.

Biden’s response was rather telling.

“If Trump wins – no I’m not confident at all.”

In other words, Biden flat-out confessed that his regime would REFUSE to comply with the transition to Trump.

In his first TV interview since exiting the 2024 race, President Biden tells CBS News' @costareports he's "not confident at all" that a peaceful transfer of power will happen in January 2025 if former President Donald Trump loses.

If Democrats fight Trump’s victory and refuse to transfer power over to him and JD Vance, this would put the country in uncharted territory. Not only would this be COMPLETELY unprecedented, and ILLEGAL, but it would be something that only a truly tyrannical regime would do!

To make matters worse, this refusal to cede power to Trump seems to be a Democratic party-wide issue and not one that is exclusive to the White House.

How could we forget far-left Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin (MD) preaching to a group of people that it will be “up to Congress” on January 6, 2025 to tell a “raging Trump mob” that he is “disqualified,” suggesting that they will find a way to REFUSE to certify the election.

Raskin even casually said that this could lead to “civil-war conditions.”

Clearly the Democrats have been planning for some time to straight-up IGNORE the will of the American people and find a way to keep Trump out of the White House and now we’re going to see them pull out all of the stops.

However, there is some good news.

Republicans have already been planning to go to bat for President Trump and the millions of Americans who voted for him.

Earlier this week Senator Bill Hagerty (R-TN) warned the Biden-Harris regime that they are LEGALLY OBLIGATED to comply with a transition to a Donald Trump presidency.

Hagerty wrote in a letter to the Biden-Harris regime to say, “As we move into a presidential transition period, I write today to remind you of your statutory transfer-of-funds authority and change-of-program requirements under the Further Consolidated Appropriations and Extensions Act 2024…which will continue to apply with the same force during the transition.”

The Senator warned that a failure to comply with the mandatory transfer of executive branch power could result in SERIOUS legal consequences.

“Compliance with these requirements must be a priority for the outgoing administration, given the criminal and administrative consequences of failing to do so,” he wrote.

Joe Biden, a defeated Kamala Harris, and the rest of the miserable Democratic party will certainly TRY everything they can to stop Trump from rightfully retaking the White House in January – but will they succeed?
