Opportunistic Democrats BLOCK Trump Supporters Devastated by Hurricane Helene from Voting While Making Sure Harris Backers Can Vote

Badly damaged mobile homes after hurricane Ian in Florida residential area. Consequences of natural disaster.

In the immediate aftermath of the devastating Hurricane Helene, many suspected that the Democrats would look to capitalize on the fact that it destroyed some of the most red parts of North Carolina just in time for the election – and they CERTAINLY are doing exactly that.

Western North Carolina, a notoriously pro-President Donald Trump part of the state, was hit the hardest by the disaster and with many homes and even complete towns destroyed.

Now logically, you would think that in a country that is interested in maintaining a genuinely free and fair election, government officials would do everything in their power to make sure that every eligible voter is able to vote – even if their home was destroyed.

Except for all their talk about “saving democracy” the Democrats really do look to do the exact opposite every chance they get.

Republican officials have been trying to get emergency voting sites to these areas to help make sure that they can vote, but local Democrats have been blocking this from happening in the red areas while making sure the blue counties are taken care of.

There are two key counties in particular being blocked by Democrats, McDowell and Henderson counties, both of which voted for Donald Trump in 2020 but were completely destroyed by Helene.

“Ensuring the right to vote is upheld for western NC citizens devastated by Hurricane Helene should be a non-partisan issue,” western North Carolina native Clay McCreary said.

McReary is North Carolina’s political director of Restoration of America, an organization that has been advocating for additional voting opportunities in the disaster area. “We simply cannot allow the people of western North Carolina who have lost so much to lose their voice in the political process.”

But clearly the Democrats couldn’t care less about that. They only care about staying in power AT ANY COST.

In deep-blue Buncombe County, home to the ultra-liberal city of Asheville, the Democrats have rather conveniently opened up numerous new voting locations with no issue whatsoever.

A Democrat elections official in McDowell voted against the use of one new emergency site while claiming that because the location had not been used before there could be “disruptions” to the elections staff which could “cause problems.”

But in reality, the Democrats are the only ones “causing problems” and they’re doing it very intentionally.

Back in 2020, President Trump only won the state of North Carolina by a margin of 75,000 votes.

The two pro-Trump countries mentioned above have roughly 120,000 voters. By comparison, the Democrat stronghold Buncombe county has about 215,000 voters.

By strategically playing games with the red counties, while bending over backwards for the blue counties, Democrats in North Carolina could very quietly be scheming to use a deadly hurricane to steal the 2024 presidential election away from President Trump.
