A Waukesha County Circuit Court judge has ordered the state’s election overseers to check the citizenship of everyone on the state’s dirty voter rolls. This comes on the heels of Wisconsin voters passing a state constitutional amendment in April, mandating voter ID for all elections. The voters are fed up and hoping to never have another repeat of the fake and stolen 2020 election in their state. But even with a constitutional amendment and now an order from a judge, the Democrats running the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) are still refusing to follow the law.

Circuit Judge Michael Maxwell issued a writ of mandamus last week, ordering the WEC to check the Wisconsin voter rolls for non-citizens. Within two hours of that ruling, the WEC held an emergency call with the state’s 1,872 local elections clerks. The WEC ordered the clerks not to comply with Judge Maxwell’s ruling. Rather than simply following the law and the judge’s order, the WEC announced that it plans to appeal the ruling.

Instead of checking the state’s voter registration rolls for foreigners and illegal aliens, the WEC is hoping for a more favorable ruling from a higher court.

Wisconsin has had voter ID on the books since 2011. You cannot register to vote in the state without presenting a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, a photo ID from the federal government, or a recognized tribal ID in the state. In April 2025, voters approved a measure to make voter ID a constitutional amendment in Wisconsin. This will make it much harder, if not impossible, for a future legislature to overturn voter ID.

Even with voter ID on the books, Democrats still managed to steal the 2020 election from Donald Trump in Wisconsin. Voter ID only applies to new voter registrations. However, the WEC has never gone back and cleaned up the rolls from before the voter ID law was passed.

Since COVID was used as an excuse for universal mail-in ballots in 2020, Democrats who controlled the state election apparatus that year were able to manufacture hundreds of thousands of fake votes for Joe Biden. The Wisconsin election was stolen from Donald Trump by just 20,000 votes. Some “swing” states were even closer than that.

After the 2020 election was stolen, the Racine County Sheriff’s Office discovered that nursing homes across the state had voter turnout rates that were higher than 100%. Everyone in a Wisconsin nursing home and then some voted!

The legislature appointed a former state Supreme Court Justice to serve as a special counsel to investigate 2020 election “irregularities.” Michael Gableman found that there were even unconscious elderly patients, dying in hospice care, who somehow managed to cast mail-in ballots for Joe Biden. Families gave depositions under oath about this. They had elderly loved ones on feeding tubes who basically sleep 24 hours a day, but those folks somehow cast ballots in the 2020 election!

Gableman also discovered that there are approximately 100,000 people on the Wisconsin voter rolls who registered prior to 1918. About 70,000 of them managed to cast mail-in ballots for Joe Biden in 2020, despite the fact that they were over 124 years old at the time.

None of those names have been removed from Wisconsin’s dirty voter rolls after all this time. This means those voters are over the age of 129 by now. (They’re obviously dead. We’re being sarcastic.)

Gableman also found in his investigation that Mark Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life had taken over local elections in cities like Madison and Green Bay. Zuckerberg’s people had the final say over counting ballots in Wisconsin’s largest cities, rather than local election officials. The mayors of Madison and Green Bay refused to cooperate with lawful subpoenas from Gableman’s team and never testified or turned over any requested documents about the fake and stolen 2020 election.

For simply investigating and reporting his findings on the 2020 election, the liberal Wisconsin state bar is now trying to strip away Michael Gableman’s license to practice law.

The WEC doesn’t have much hope of prevailing in its fight to preserve Wisconsin’s dirty voter rolls. The people have spoken. One way or another, those rolls are going to get cleaned up. When they do, people will be shocked to discover the full scale of election fraud that Democrats have been conducting all these years. How many other states are in that same boat?
