Internal Government Documents Reveal an Off the Books Intelligence Program the Dept of Homeland Security is Using to SPY on its own Citizens

A disturbing new report has confirmed what we suspected for a long time – there is a secretive “shadow government” which is spying on American citizens!

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is operating an off-the-books type intelligence program which is designed specifically to go after Americans in a way that BLATANTLY violates their rights.

Known as the “Overt Human Intelligence Collection Program,” the secretive program allows for the federal government to interrogate people without their lawyers present.

According to Breitbart News, “Under the domestic-intelligence program, officials are allowed to seek interviews with just about anyone in the United States. That includes people held in immigrant detention centers, local jails, and federal prison.”

Nevermind the constitution, these government crooks are running free without any regard for the rights which citizens possess. They’re out of control and need to be reeled in!

DHS’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis, which runs the program, uses this shady program to gather information about “threats” to the U.S., but that’s particularly concerning when factoring in their propaganda campaign to convince the country that Republicans are an “extremist threat.”

After all, the Federal government certainly is no fan of Republicans and their voter base – could this secret surveillance effort have been deployed SPECIFICALLY to spy on conservatives in America?

Since its inception officials have known that it’s not exactly legal. Internal documents revealed widespread concerns within the DHS that the program was unconstitutional but insiders feared PUNISHMENT if the spoke about mismanagement and abuses.

According to the report, an unnamed employee in the trove of documents allegedly said that the Overt Human Intelligence Collection Program’s office “is ‘shady’ and ‘runs like a corrupt government.’”

That’s an ACTUAL employee who is part of the program ADMITTING that this shady spy program is corrupt. Imagine saying that about your job!

Another document included in the report revealed that the program raised so many red flags that employees wanted the program to pay for legal liability insurance.

What the heck is going on here?!

Carrie Bachner, a former DHS undersecretary for intelligence, said that the program is illegal and immoral.

“I don’t know any counsel in their right mind that would sign off on that, and any member of Congress that would say, ‘That’s OK,’” Bachner said. “If these people are out there interviewing folks that still have constitutional privileges, without their lawyer present, that’s immoral.”

“What do they do with that information they collect, and is it legal?” Bachner questioned. “Where do they store that information?”

America has been hijacked by power-crazed tyrants who IGNORE the constitution and do things like this simply because they know their deep-state buddies will protect them.

The federal government is certainly NOT your friend.
