Illegal Aliens Now Subject to $1K-Per-Day Fine if They Don’t Immediately Self-Deport

More than 900,000 alien invaders received the same text message from the Department of Homeland Security on their Obamaphones this week: “It’s time for you to abandon the United States.”

Any of those illegal aliens who choose not to formally self-deport immediately are now subject to a monetary fine of up to $998 per day.

Those are just the illegal aliens that Biden allowed into the country using the CBP One app. There are an additional 1.7 million illegal aliens from Mexico and Central America under deportation orders, and the daily fine also applies to them.

This should start to ratchet up the self-deportations quickly. The funny thing about it is that this is not a new policy that the Trump administration created. Bill Clinton originally signed this policy into law in 1996. (What a Nazi!) The problem has been that no administration has ever enforced it.

Under 8 USC 1324d, the federal government can fine illegals almost $1,000 if they avoid a deportation order. When President Trump deported two of my neighbors last month, they had been living in the country for more than 20 years after they had exhausted their last appeal. The federal government allowed them to ignore a deportation order for two decades.

The Trump administration has also decided to make the monetary fine retroactive for up to five years. If an illegal alien has been in the country for five or more years after ignoring their deportation order, they could be fined up to $1 million. The law also allows the government to seize their property.

Isn’t it infuriating that this has been the law for the past 29 years and no other presidential administration has ever enforced it? Bill Clinton never enforced it and he was the guy who signed it into law!

On top of not enforcing our sensible, black-letter immigration laws, the federal government has also established systems that make it harder to catch and deport illegal aliens. One example of this was just overcome this week.

The Department of Homeland Security has now signed a historic agreement with the IRS to share information about illegal aliens. Most Americans probably didn’t realize this was even a thing. It’s been against the rules all these years for the IRS to share location information about illegal aliens with the department that’s responsible for catching and deporting them. How crazy is that?

Under this new agreement, ICE agents can now request tax information on illegal aliens that they’re looking to deport. How has this never been a policy before? The IRS was respecting the privacy rights of illegal invaders? We really are “the stupid country” when it comes to immigration, as a wise man once said on the campaign trail in 2016.

This partnership comes about just as the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) announced that it has found millions of illegal aliens unlawfully drawing Social Security and Medicaid benefits. Many thousands are registered to vote and have been voting illegally in our elections.

If the politicians are really concerned about saving Social Security and Medicaid, can we at least start kicking the illegal aliens off these programs? They’ve never paid anything into the system and they’re not legally allowed on them. They have to commit identity theft and steal an American’s social security number to be drawing benefits.

The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) revealed that between 2012 and 2016, there were 39 million cases of Americans having their social security numbers stolen by illegal aliens.

How has the IRS never bothered to mention this problem before?

The Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts have been slow thus far, but things are starting to accelerate. Getting a notice on your phone that you’ll be fined $1,000 a day if you don’t leave is hopefully going to be a good incentive for many to self-deport. Border Czar Tom Homan notes that the information-sharing agreement between the DHS and IRS is going to help shore up Social Security. Illegals have been taking billions in payments that were intended for Americans.

Once the administration starts denying illegals access to banking services and public schooling, things should speed up even further.
