The Biden family’s lengthy history of committing crimes may finally be catching up to them, and it looks like Hunter Biden will be the first domino to fall as reports indicate federal prosecutors have reportedly amassed enough information to charge him with multiple crimes.

According to the Washington Post, Federal agents made the determination “months ago” that they had a serious criminal case against the president’s son, but they lack the authority to file charges – that instead would have to be done by the U.S. Attorney in Delaware, who happens to be a Trump appointee.

Now U.S. Attorney in Delaware, David C. Weiss, must determine whether to file criminal charges against 52-year-old Hunter Biden.

The original investigation into Hunter began back in 2018 with a primary focus on financial disclosures related to his shady foreign business dealings, but as the investigation grew, so too did the list of crimes.

Multiple agencies noted that Hunter may have not paid taxes on the massive amount of income he scored by leveraging Joe Biden’s political influence. It was also determined that Hunter lied to the ATF on a background check used to purchase a firearm.

“A prosecutor can say they have bigger fish to catch, or they can decide to seek a deal,” Joseph G. Green, a retired ATF agent, said. “As agents, we would always include as many charges as we could, but it’s ultimately up to the prosecutor to decide which ones they will bring.”

Back in July it was reported that Weiss’s office was weighing charging Hunter Biden with a variety of crimes related to tax violations, lying on the gun background check form, and possible foreign lobbying crimes.

Hunter’s attorney furiously responded to that report saying that any federal agent that leaked information committed a felony.

“It is a federal felony for a federal agent to leak information about a Grand Jury investigation such as this one,” attorney Chris Clark said in a statement.

“Any agent you cite as a source in your article apparently has committed such a felony. We expect the Department of Justice will diligently investigate and prosecute such bad actors. As is proper and legally required, we believe the prosecutors in this case are diligently and thoroughly weighing not just evidence provided by agents, but also all the other witnesses in this case, including witnesses for the defense. That is the job of the prosecutors. They should not be pressured, rushed, or criticized for doing their job.”

Worse, still for Hunter and the rest of his criminal family, these crimes don’t even begin to scratch the surface of what the Biden family has really done by committing treason against America to line their own pockets.

As investigations continue, however, it’s likely the President and his family will finally be exposed for the anti-American traitors they truly are.
