When President Donald Trump was elected to a second term in November of last year, he was given a CLEAR mandate by the American people to bring SERIOUS change to America.
However, a host of unelected crooked Democrat federal judges have been doing EVERYTHING they can to derail President Trump’s agenda and ensure that the majority of the American people never get the change they voted for.
For seemingly every single major action the president has taken thus far, there has been some radical activist judge “ordering” Trump to stop… even though they have no legitimate authority to do so.
The judges, appointed by Democrat Presidents like Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden have been on a warpath against the Trump agenda and the American people who stand to benefit from it.
But it seems the president has found a way to effectively deal with these power-crazed progressive judges who pretend to have the authority to set foreign policy which is to IGNORE THEM.
Last weekend, President Trump used the “Alien Enemies Act of 1798” to remove some of the most dangerous illegal aliens this nation has ever seen. This removal saw 261 illegals belonging to violent gangs such as MS-13 and Tren De Aragua be deported to a maximum-security facility in El Salvador.
We’re talking about the kinds of illegal aliens who are responsible for the most insane of crimes, like rape, human trafficking, drug trafficking, assault, murder, and so on. They are responsible for the rape, violence against and murder of 22-year-old Georgia nursing student Laken Riley and the rape, torture, and killing of 12-year-old child Jocelyn Nungaray.
Yet, for some reason, the Democrats’ judges seemingly want these criminals to stay in America and continue murdering innocent Americans.
A U.S. District judge appointed by Obama, Judge James Boasberg, gave the order for President Trump to not only halt future deportations of these ultra-violent criminals, but also called for the Trump administration to return “any plane containing these folks to the United States.”
“Any plane containing these folks that is going to take off or is in the air needs to be returned to the United States however that is accomplished. Make sure it’s complied with immediately,” Judge Boasberg said. “I do not believe I can wait any longer and am required to act.”
This is an AMERICAN judge actively blocking President Trump from using his authority to make AMERICAN lives safer…WHY?!
Attorney General Pam Bondi responded to the ruling by this radical judge saying, “DC trial judge supported Tren de Aragua terrorists over the safety of Americans… this order disregards well-established authority regarding President Trump’s power, and it puts the public and law enforcement at risk.”
Journalist Mollie Hemmingway perhaps said it best when she wrote, “I’m sorry, but this absolutely lawless order to TURN AROUND PLANES OF TERRORISTS is so insane that I’m having trouble comprehending what Boasberg is possibly thinking. Trump cannot possibly agree to this.”
And luckily, he didn’t.
El Salvadorian President Nayib Bukele hilariously responded to the judge’s ruling saying “Oopsie…Too late,” indicating that his country had already received and jailed the violent criminals that the Obama Judge sought to protect.

The Trump administration, meanwhile, shared video of the prisoners exiting the planes along with a statement Trump had posted on his Truth Social platform.
The president wrote, “These are the monsters sent into our Country by Crooked Joe Biden and the Radical Left Democrats. How dare they! Thank you to El Salvador and, in particular, President Bukele, for your understanding of this horrible situation, which was allowed to happen in the United States because of incompetent Democrat leadership. We will not forget!”

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said that the judge’s order, in their view, “had no lawful basis.” She went on to say, “A single judge in a single city cannot direct the movements of an aircraft carrier full of foreign alien terrorists who were physically expelled from U.S. soil.”
FINALLY, the Trump administration is openly challenging the authority of these activist judges rather than laying down and simply letting them strip power away from the American people who voted for Trump.
And of course, the media is going to make it seem like Trump is some kind of “authoritarian dictator” by doing this, but let’s not forget what President Joe Biden and the Democrats did over the last four years.
Biden openly defied the nation’s highest court, the Supreme Court – which ACTUALLY has authority over the president – when he found their rulings to be “inconvenient” for his agenda because they pointed out that what he was doing was unconstitutional.
By contrast, these district judges are looking to stop Trump because they are working in pursuit of their own left-wing agenda. Trump is WELL within his rights to challenge these rogue judges – and it needs to happen otherwise these next four years will not be NEARLY as successful as they could have been.
