Fani Willis Finally Kicked Off the Georgia RICO Case Against Trump

Now that the dust has settled from the amazing 2024 presidential election, sanity is slowly beginning to return to America. A Georgia appeals court finally kicked corrupt Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis off of the RICO prosecution against Donald Trump and his associates.

The case can still proceed at this point with a new prosecutor in charge, but it’s unclear whether anyone will want to try to prosecute a sitting president. The whole nightmare might finally be over. Better late than never.

The Fani Willis/Nathan Wade hearings earlier this year were the must-see television event of 2024. What a pair of knuckleheads!

Fani Willis was carrying on an illicit sexual affair with Nathan Wade for at least a year before she appointed him to spearhead the bogus prosecution against Donald Trump. Nathan Wade was married the whole time. He was a mediocre attorney who primarily focused on paternity test cases in Atlanta. He had never handled a RICO case before, let alone a RICO prosecution against a high-profile person like a US President.

When the Biden White House and former Special Counsel Jack Smith reached out to Fani Willis to launch a state-level lawfare cast against Trump, she jumped at the chance. Fani immediately appointed her loverboy as the lead prosecutor on the case and paid him an hourly rate of about 150% more than any other prosecutor in her office.

During their “investigation” of Donald Trump, Nathan Wade billed the taxpayers of Fulton County nearly a million bucks. He was also dumb enough to invoice the county for two eight-hour meetings that he had with Joe Biden’s attorneys at the White House. This showed not only collusion with the Biden regime on the lawfare cases against Trump but also the fact that all the cases originated with Joe Biden himself—and not at the Department of Justice.

As Nathan Wade was suddenly awash in all that sweet taxpayer cash, he started lavishing Fani Willis with luxurious gifts, cruises, and trips to exotic locations. When all this came out back in March during the televised hearings, that should have been the end of Fani and Nathan’s role in the attempted prosecution of Trump.

At the time, I predicted that the judge would have no choice but to give them both the boot. It was an obvious conflict of interest. This was my prediction of what would happen to Judge Scott McAfee:

“This poor judge is about to have his entire life ripped apart. The media will dig up his high school yearbooks. This could be the flashpoint that the Democrats use to have BLM start up their riots for the run-up to the 2024 election. If Judge McAfee renders a fair and just decision in this case, he’ll probably need to move his family to a secure location. The Democrat Party is going to go bananas when he kicks Fani and Nathan off the case.”

I got that one wrong. Judge McAfee did rule that Nathan Wade would have to recuse himself from the case, he allowed Fani Willis to continue.

That finally came to an end this week. The 2024 election has already been decided, so the appeals court didn’t feel intimidated by the Democrat Party. They kicked Fani to the curb.

The court ruled that it was an obvious conflict of interest when Fani hired her married lover to go after Donald Trump. The judges said the appearance of impropriety was just too much to ignore.

The ruling stated, “Disqualification is mandated and no other remedy will suffice to restore public confidence in the integrity of these proceedings.”

The only quibble I have with that is that the proceedings never had any integrity to begin with (and still don’t). This case originated in the Biden White House. Not at the Department of Justice and not in the Fulton County DA’s office. The lawfare cases against Donald Trump were a political operation designed to imprison him so that he couldn’t run for reelection.

It would be shocking at this point if anyone in Fulton County wants to pick up Fani’s garbage case and run with it. She’s a Soros-funded radical and the case was nonsense from the beginning. We’ll have to wait and see whether someone in that office now wants to follow in her footsteps and commit career suicide.
